As someone who uses a lot of CRM's, being able to organize and assign tasks is a huge deal, and Acculynx does it seamlessly when it comes to internal tasks. (As soon as you try to pull information from outside sources like clickfunnels or integrate it with google mail or google sheets, things get a lot more complicated.
II liked that it was a specialty CRM as well, making certain Roofing related tasks such as quote organization a lot more simple. Something like that in Hubspot can be time consuming to say the least.
REALLY did not like the lack of zapier integration. Makes my life very hard. Every other CRM that I use has integration with zapier. It makes integration into Google sheets, Gmail, Hubspot, etc. seamless.
I also disliked that the UI was fairly messy in some sections.
If you require a CRM that does Zapier integration or want to save time using automation, this software is not there yet. For basic scheduling, assigning, quoting, and other service industry tasks, this was great, but the lack of integration with Zapier is nearly a deal breaker, if the client wasn't set on using it. I would recommend it for what it was advertised for and nothing more. Solid product that just needs some additions to be made. Definitely research all your options and have a list of your needs before going in to buy a CRM like Acculynx, because switching CRMs can be a real pain.
