The add on modules give us the ability to meet the needs of our organization and customers when it comes to reporting issues, maintaining assets, maintaining space, and maintaining utilities. We are able to easily bill our customers and have the ability to create custom reports via analytics. **What do you dislike about Accruent Famis 360?** There are known issues that exist in FAMIS that have been reported by other customers that we are not aware of until we submit support tickets. There currently is not a way for us to view existing problems with FAMIS that we have not identified yet.
