The company I work for use Lucernex for all of our real estate contracts owned and leased and also parcels. Lucernex makes it very easy for real time information and storing documents. We've been utilzing Lx for over 8 years. We've found it to be one of the most comprehensive tools on the market to manage our real estate and equipment leases. In addtion, for the past several years, we've utilzed the accounting function to support our IFRS and GAAP needs as the new governance requires. We haven't experienced many downsides. We don't utilze LX for the project, budgeting or workflow functions because we already had an internal infrastructure to do those things. One critique I have of late is that the group is no longer conducting webinars with each of the software releases. We felt this was a great way for the customers to get a first hand look at the expected enhancements and bug fixes that are being addressed and get to ask questions.
