I like the flexibility of the platform, including how users can manage multiple departments within one instance. Each instance can have unique senders - basically credential administrators. Each department has to be created from scratch. The ability to clone a department would ease the workload of admins. Sometimes the platform can be glitchy, examples include; when an admin wants to upload an image, sometimes the upload file tool does not function. At times the departments dropdown menu get jumpy.
