Accredible's platform is very easy to navigate and understand. If you do run into any problems, their staff is very accessible and responsive. When they assist you it is in an quick, efficient and thorough manner.

My company utilizes both automatic distribuition and manual distribuiton. As such, I personally use them multiple times per week. It is so easy for me to enter the necessary information and produce the individual certificates needed. They offer a level of flexibility and customization that we were looking for, allowing us to tailor the user experience for our badge recipients. I love that I can sort and download credentials that I need, that it would always send me a confirmation when credentials are created. Can view and edit things before it's published. Very user-friendly. Did not need a lot of tranining beforehand to use it although we're mostly only using it for credentials. Not sure about other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I would say is that I wish I could manually type in information if I'm only creating a handful of credentials.
