I don’t have to struggle with the setup or spend a lot of time designing anything. The system is simple to use and everything works the way I expect. If you do run into any problems, their staff is very accessible and responsive. When they assist you it is in an quick, efficient and thorough manner. My company utilizes both automatic distribuition and manual distribuiton. As such, I personally use them multiple times per week. It is so easy for me to enter the necessary information and produce the individual certificates needed. For the automated certificates, it only took an email to integrate Accredible with our testing platform. **What do you dislike about Accredible?** I really don't have a downside. I've had no problems using them. **What problems is Accredible solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the use of Accredible, we are able to both issue certificates immediately and instantly maintain our online directory. In our line of work, intant access to a certificate is sometimes necessary. It makes designing, implementing, issuing and managing digital badges very easy. They offer a level of flexibility and customization that we were looking for, allowing us to tailor the user experience for our badge recipients. We also have a dedicated contact at Accredible that we work with, so it allows us to have a very customized experience. **What do you dislike about Accredible?** There are no downsides of working with Accredible! Some things are outside their control (ex - LinkedIn), but they do their best to go above and beyond to answer our questions and keep us up to date with any developments. **What problems is Accredible solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having some major issues with our previous digital badge provider, including major discrepencies with the analytics, inability to see the granular data, and inability to curate the experience for our credential recipeients. To top it all off - we didn't have a dedicated team to work with in order to address these issues. We were largely forgotten by our previous provider, and unable to find anyone to answer our questions. Accredible has resolved ALL of these issues. We have a dedicated team member who is more than ready to anwer our questions and help us grow, we have a dashboard of analytics thats easy to navigate and accurate, ability to see granular data (being able to see who has and has not engaged with the badge, etc.) and we are able to curate the experience for our credential recipents. ### 8. Not sure about other features. **What do you dislike about Accredible?** The only downside I would say is that I wish I could manually type in information if I'm only creating a handful of credentials. Sometimes I only need to create one or two credentials, but it always asks me to upload the list in its template. We also wanted a solution that would easily integrate with Linkedin so that participants could easily get that wider visibility for completing trainings. Accedible does this very well, and we have seen the benefits of that integration over the past few years. We also have been able to leverage the API capabilities to create an even smoother experience for our learners. Having a certificate issued as soon as a course is issued and not needing to wait for us to review and then manually approve is a big win. We also found the pricing structure to work well for our needs in terms of volume. **What do you dislike about Accredible?** It wasn't the most intuitive system to get figured out. The way things are organized and work together took a little bit to get figured out. Each instance can have unique senders - basically credential administrators. I also like how easy it is for credential recipients to share their credentials via LinkedIn, and I like the online portfolio feature. **What do you dislike about Accredible?** Each department has to be created from scratch. The ability to clone a department would ease the workload of admins. Sometimes the platform can be glitchy, examples include; when an admin wants to upload an image, sometimes the upload file tool does not function. At times the departments dropdown menu get jumpy.
