AccraDocs is document management software that organizes and extracts data from financial documents like invoices, receipts, and bills. It processes files in various formats, including HEIC images, transforming disorganized batches into named files with extracted transaction data. Key details such as vendor names, dates, and amounts are identified, with confident extractions proceeding automatically and uncertain fields flagged for review. The software outputs named files organized by date, vendor, and amount, along with a CSV spreadsheet of extracted fields. Multi-page documents are split into separate files for individual transactions. AccraDocs processes files in a single session, encrypts data during transit, and deletes information after download, ensuring no data is stored beyond the session.
