Hi there - thanks for leaving a review. In terms of user admin/access It might be based on the rights you have in the system. It might be that you are setup as a ‘learner’ and not a ‘manager’ who can view other users progress. If you can get in touch with Support via the product, we can help you sort that out.

What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

I like that they use a lot of visual control to represent the data. The control panel gives you a great overview of all the important personalities. At a glance, you see the total amount of receivables and payables. One of the best features is the OCR One, which allows you to automatically draw invoice information. What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?

What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

I like that they use a lot of visual management tools in order to represent data. The dashboard gives you a good overview of all key figuers. At one glance you see the total amount of accounts receivable and payable. One of the best features is the OCR one, that allows you to capture invoice data automatically. What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

Fully cloud, incredibly easy to use user interface. Powerful reporting and dashboard functionality, incredible consolidation and multi currency functionality. Easy to maintain user permissions and allocation to different companies easily. Fast and on the go access to Accounts IQ. Easy to use Bank Reconciliation feature to either match manually or configure rules to do this automatically. Powerful integration with CRM and other 3rd party platforms including Salesforce. Incredibly easy to use and adopt with on screen help and in product support. Approvals, from a supplier and Dimensional level for multiple transaction types, with the benefit of being able to submit to an approver who isn't setup as an Accounts IQ user. What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?

Nothing. There is so much versatility of the product in comparison with similar desktop based or hybrid cloud products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AccountsIQ:

It is easy to go with the larger names in the world of accounting, but after over 20 years in Accounting Software implementation, Accounts IQ is the easiest to use product I have ever used and the power of Accounts IQ equals and surpasses much larger and more expensive products I have implemented. What problems is AccountsIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reliance on on premise servers, reducing costs of being able to access accounting products anywhere, consolidated dimensional management reports. Low cost approval requirements where other products have to have a user setup, which is additional costs, but Accounts IQ can do this without the user having access to Accounts IQ and still approve transactions. What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

Intuitive to navigate. Always accessible even over highly contended internet connections. And unlike many of it's competitors - it handles Irish Vat! Great selection of standard report to meet most users needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AccountsIQ:

If you are a stand alone company today but are likely to expand and set up branches or subsidiaries - consider putting this system in early and scale it with your business growth. Don't think it's a 'consolidation tool' only. Its way more than that. Go with a simple implementation to begin with and layer on the BI codes and dimensions as you understand your requirements better. Invest early, you will see the returns. What problems is AccountsIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

VAT reporting across UK and Irish subs. Easy consolidation. Equally strong as a 'single company' solution also. Can be used by accountants and non-accountants alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
