It's very good at innovation and is always looking at ways to improve and maintain its competitive advantage. **What do you dislike about AccountingBox?** It's an under-progress software in terms of reach as it doesn't have the global presence it should have but I believe this will happen soon as they are trying to get better and better. **What problems is AccountingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's very easy to use and as people come in and go I don't have to spend a lot of time teaching someone on how to use this software. If a person knows to accounting, the Accounting box is pretty much self-explantory. ### 2. I use Box to save all forms of data. I need to be able to work effectively in the workplace on a day to day basis. I find Box easy to use. **What do you dislike about AccountingBox?** The free plan comes with 10GB of storage, which is limited. User needs to use the subscription model. Box is better than Google Drive when it comes to app integrations, but Google Drive is cheaper. **Recommendations to others considering AccountingBox:** Primarily, Box is being used for saving our work and official files securely in the cloud. **What problems is AccountingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1.Private key management is a paid feature 2.Expensive 3. Box doesn’t stick to those speeds exactly. Download times are pretty slow considering our expected result, though not terrible ### 3. For a startup business one can use this software free of cost. **What do you dislike about AccountingBox?** In drowback for this is one need to have accounting knowledge for running this software so cost to hire an accountant is additional and in free version this provide limited storage space for large data maintenance you need to pay extra for subscribing this software from free to premium. **What problems is AccountingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using accountingbox I can put my skills on other value addition task by allocating accounting work to other employees and analysis made easy through various reports available in this software. ### 4. The best thing about the software is the pricing. **What do you dislike about AccountingBox?** You basically get what you pay for. Accountingbox is great except sometimes the files don't completely transfer over or end up getting corrupted. **What problems is AccountingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accounting box is great for storing things like statements and other financial documents.
