I used Accountign Seed daily for 2+ years. It is a full accounting system. Since it is built on the Salesforce platfrom, it was a seamless, convenient experience to use both and easily navigate between our CRM and accounting systems. Accountign Seed integrates with some systems - we used a 3rd party company to connect it to our bank, credit card provider and financial planning & reporting tool. - Accounting Seed is not as scalable, as standalone ERP solutions that I used before.

- Some standard reports, such as A/R Aging and G/L detail, can only be run at the end of the accounting period, and not at a point in time. This makes mid-month reviews very manual and time-consuming.

The Accounting Seed UI is a perfect extension of the Salesforce related list UI, both in Classic and Lighting mode! It is easy to find your way around the application and all the supporting information for a transaction is right there! It makes a one time auditor like me very comfortable about providing the proper documentation. It is also the least costly Salesforce native product! AS has allowed us to have all of our items visible in the system across multiple business units. The Accounting team is in the system all day and we are able to see real time updates as it occurs.
