It's integration with everything in Salesforce. So easy to customize to our business needs. It's user friendly and functions like the rest of Salesforce making it easy to get people up to speed on using the program. Also having the capabilities to have dual ledgers for our main company and sister company in the same place. For those times when you enter an invoice in the wrong company instead of having to go in a delete and reenter you can simply change the ledger and poof your done. Some of the reporting is not as complete as our old program. For instance we used to run a report on each GL Account and that report would have the opening balance for the period. Our Accountant preferred this to having to look up the closing balance of the previous period. Objects (Billings, payables etc) can be handled in a very intuitive way, easy navigation, good documentation, great reporting, easy customization of financial reports (P&L, etc)

1. Inability to pay via ACH through the system - you must contract with an outside party and add on that functionality.

2. You can't change the print options for financial statements, it must be landscape. You must export data to Excel, which loses all formatting, and do a bunch of work to get it to look right.

3. Standard reports are what they are, and you can't start with one and make changes to get a custom report. Custom reports are started "from scratch". Would be great to be able to just tweak a standard report and "Save as". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
