For activating the HyID the help from the Hysecure admin was needed, it can be improved by permitting the Accops self-service portal. **What problems is Accops HyID solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using the HyID, I was able to help the user to log in to their account's resources easily if the SMS or Email token fails. HyID removes the dependency on relying on the 2FA and helps for SSO Authentication. ### 3.
