Most Accessibility Conformance Reports are a signed PDF that describes a release nobody runs any more. AccessRecord keeps your ACR tied to the product version it was evaluated against and publishes it at one stable URL you can paste into any procurement or security questionnaire. Records follow the ITI VPAT 2.5 format with WCAG 2.1 or 2.2, criterion by criterion, with the conformance level and the remarks that make each claim defensible. When you ship a newer version, the public page says the record is behind instead of quietly staying wrong. That status is computed when the page is requested, so it is never a field someone forgets to update. Every revision is kept. Superseded records stay reachable and are labelled historical, so a link in an old contract still resolves. Pages need no sign-in and no JavaScript, carry a SHA-256 fingerprint so a saved copy can be proven identical, and have a print view. AccessRecord is built for edtech teams and education publishers who are asked for a VPAT before a purchase order is raised and do not have a compliance department.
