What do you like best about Accessit Library by Follett Software?

The customer service is very good! I like the ease in finding books. I have also done a substantial weeding process in our library this year and I like that there is a record of all of the items that were discarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accessit Library by Follett Software?

I wish the reports were easier to use and more comprehensive. I would like to know usage status and overall collection stats in an easier to use function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accessit Library by Follett Software?

I appreciate the fact that Accessit automatically checks a book out to the next patron even if it has not be returned correctly. Previous software would create an alert, but would block the transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accessit Library by Follett Software?

I have not been about to run the specific reports I would like to. It is not as intuitive as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accessit Library by Follett Software?

What I guess I like about Accessit is that it does provide a cleaner look than the other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of things I do not like about Accessit Library. It is not user friendly. I still don't know how to run reports, how to override renewals, and there is just a lot more I don't know how to do. It's frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accessit Library by Follett Software?

It has given us the ability to seamlessly synchronize our client (student) database with a platform that can hold a great deal of data about our asset inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accessit Library by Follett Software?

The support (both online and direct) is superb! I picked the platform up with no prior knowledge and was very quickly able to learn what I needed to know. The only downside is that some reports are difficult to produce in spreadsheet format (or, perhaps I have just not learned how, yet!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Access-It Library makes it very easy to transfer data analytics, as well as compiling and organizing annual reports. Also, the range of it's catalog and resource information is quite impressive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
