**What do you like best about ARC Platform?**

If you work in any public-facing service industry, ARC provides significant value in ensuring your website offers the appropriate level of accessibility to your end users.

**What do you dislike about ARC Platform?**

There's not much too dislike. ARC fulfills its promises--however, there are other tools and softwares in this space that offer similar services, so you have options to shop around and compare.

**What problems is ARC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ARC is providing a solution to digital accessibility -- it helps product users identify and correct accessibility issues and then maintain that appropriate level of accessibility. In addition, it offers resources to help build product users' foundational knowledge of accessibility.
