What do you like best about accessiBe?

I like the integration options and the continual audits. Adding it to websites is really easy as well which is good and the coding on the site seems to be light, not a heavy load to effect load time. We do recommend this to all of our clients so the marketing resources in the reseller portal is a great tool for us. We generally try to offer it after every web build by encouraging them to sign up for a free trial and we send it out in our email blast occassionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

I don't particularly like the customization. The interface is good, however when doing an embed if you want to make a simple change like font, color etc you have to re-embed and start all over again. It would be nice if you can keep your current customizations and just modify them as needed instead of doing it every time. It would also be good for people with multiple websites to be able to have the ability to duplicate customized windows and be able to use the same branding on multiple websites. What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making it easy for all of our client websites as well as our own to be accessible. What's great about this is that it is something we can set up for a client and it can run seamlessly as long as they pay the subscription. What do you like best about accessiBe?

The process of adding it to our event platform, Swoogo, was very simple. They provide a code to add to the backend of our website which then displays on all pages of our company.
