My rep Deryck is amazing and implementing the Accessibe system is so simple. My clients have been super impressed - and I owe that to the Accessibe system. **What do you dislike about accessiBe?** UPDATE: There have been a lot of advancements with further competition emerging in the accessibility market. As such, Accessibe's policies have changed to reflect this. They use to grant a 14 day refund policy but due to competition coming out with free platforms, they took that away. What that means is that if you decide you don't need it, even within minutes of purchasing it, you are out of luck. On top of that, you can't cancel auto-renew on your own. You actually have to email the team to have them remove it. A vendor we use for other features implemented an accessibility plugin that came with our already paid services. Due to what is outlined above, I didn't have time when I went to cancel my auto renew and figured I would wait until closer to my renewal date. Of course I forgot, and was then charged. I reached out that day to explain the situation and request a refund, but due to terms and services they will not comply. ORIGINAL: The only downside that I have experience thus far is that I have to email my sales rep if the domain for a client changes. I don't often entertain sales calls, but he caught me at the right time. Their agency program is really awesome! We've been looking for ways to increase accessibilty for our clients since we became a B-Corp and this program is the quickest and easiest way to do that. They make it so easy for us to pitch and re-sell this tool to our clients. They also offer a discount so that it's easy for us to be able to apply a small markup for our time put into this. The portal is very clean and it's super easy to install on websites. they even offer the option to whitelabel it. They even offer pre-written emails and resources to help us learn more and have a quick template to start with to pitch the product to our clients. Our account manager Anthony is super knowledgable and helpful. He's almost instantly responsive and even available on his cell if we need help. They're also super flexible on licensing when it comes to price, free trieal, and start/stop dates, etc for those clients that are hesitant or in an odd time in their budget year. **What do you dislike about accessiBe?** Main issue is their enterprise pricing is extremely expensive. It jumps 1,900% in price if you cross a simple threshold of 100,000 users a month for even just a couple months out of the year. **What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Meeting accessibility standards quickly due to changing laws or requests from clients while we work on more permanent solutions.
