Easy to integrate, and it offers a lot of accessibility features. Support for many languages is available. I can easily specify which sections need to be translated and which ones should not. The AI translations from English to other languages are apt and correct, and the ability to override translations is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about accessiBe? It sometimes auto-triggers, and at times it causes issues with the HTML structure that affect the design. It also occasionally interferes with website functionality when it’s enabled. I’m currently facing an issue where users accidentally enable accessibility by pressing Tab, and then typing @ in input fields (to mention someone) doesn’t work. While it improves accessibility on the surface, it cannot fix all underlying issues in a website’s structure, especially for screen reader users. True accessibility requires intentional design practices... tools like accessiBe should be used as a supplement rather than a complete solution, bu tmany do not use it as such. I appreciate how accessiBe makes it extremely easy to self-serve and set up my plan type, which simplifies the process considerably. After navigating the setup for the first site, it becomes straightforward to replicate that setup across multiple other sites, making it a very efficient solution for our needs. The integration is excellent; once it's in place, adding more sites becomes a simple plug-and-play task, which streamlines management significantly. The service is particularly valuable because it provides out-of-the-box accessibility compliance proof, a critical feature since our team lacks the resources to build our own WCAG accessibility compliance in-house right now. I dislike that some of the plugin options are not "better" for users; I've encountered some vision settings that did not work for users experiencing those vision problems. I really like the ease of installing accessiBe and how simple it is for end users to navigate. The wide variety of tools available for different impairments makes it quite effective. It's been great for plugging the current accessibility gap on our event websites and fixing issues on the fly. What do you dislike about accessiBe? The tool could look hidden, especially on larger screens. It might be worth exploring an alternative trigger, such as a button link at the top of the page. AccessiBe makes it incredibly easy to implement and customize their widget, retaining your existing branding during the process. On the sites I've used AccessiBe on, the feedback has always been positive, and the widget has been frequently used. What do you dislike about accessiBe? I'm not a huge fan of the price and the changes in included features based on the price tier purchased. While I'll continue using Accessibe for now, I fear they may price themselves out of the market and eliminate the features that justified the previous price points.
