I appreciate the reports and issue tracking being in a single platform, which is convenient. I also like that I don't have to maintain that information on my own, like in spreadsheets or other places. It's great that I can easily share the link to these reports or export them as documents to those who need them for mediation. It makes our e-commerce website compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We actually got sued by a litigious attorney who has filed over 100 similar cases. I don't like how it took much longer than it was supposed to in order for us to receive the litigation package from them. They knew the importance of staying within the 21 day timeframe due to our circumstances (being sued) Also, when we had a blind person review the site - they actually said accisBe made it harder to shop the site and when accessibe is on a site, they do not use it when shopping. Integration took less than one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about accessiBe? The pricing is arbritrarily sized. The first packages are priced based on the amount of pages you have on your site, but if you have more than 100k visits per month, you must upgrade to the enterprise plan. The enterprise plan starts at $990/mo for 100-250k visits, $1490/mo for 250k - 1M visits and $1990/mo for unlimited visits. It is very unclear how accessiBe determines how many visitors your site will have. The features included with Enterprise plans do not seem to be worth while for the price jump. You are assigned a dedicated customer success manager and improved litigation support, but chances are you would be better off with your own legal team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The least helpful part of the confusion around the different products, even with your sales people. i told them we exclusive interest in the accessiFlow, the developer tool, not the front end widget, and the sales people kept trying to circle back to that.
