## accessiBe Reviews
 ### 1. Effortlessly Enhances Accessibility with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Chief Financial Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like that accessiBe is an easy-to-use software and it's very easy to install on our clients' websites. It provides a level of protection legally and makes the website accessible to people with various disabilities. I also appreciate the ease of installation.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Nothing really, it does exactly what we need it to do.

**Recommendations to others considering accessiBe:**

If you are trying to make your website ADA compliant, this is by far the easiest way. Their admin dashboard is intuitive and easy to use so managing your account is not a chore. Installing the software into the website itself could not be easier. Anyone with a basic level of web competency can easily install this into their site in about 2 minutes. All of the optimizations and accessibility improvements are done automatically all with the addition of 1 line of code into the site. Could not be happier with that.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to easily install accessibility features on clients' websites, ensuring legal protection and making sites accessible for people with disabilities.

**Official Response from Misha van Braningen:**

> Michael, thank you for your feedback and for making your site accessible to people with disabilities!

 ### 2. Easy Integration with Strong Accessibility and Accurate AI Translations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurpreet S. | Tech Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

Easy to integrate, and it offers a lot of accessibility features. Support for many languages is available. I can easily specify which sections need to be translated and which ones should not. The AI translations from English to other languages are apt and correct, and the ability to override translations is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

It sometimes auto-triggers, and at times it causes issues with the HTML structure that affect the design. It also occasionally interferes with website functionality when it’s enabled.

I’m currently facing an issue where users accidentally enable accessibility by pressing Tab, and then typing @ in input fields (to mention someone) doesn’t work. It starts working again as soon as we turn it off.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s giving us accessibility support out of the box, so we don’t have to spend time building these things from scratch. It’s great that with accessibe, our site is accessible for everyone.

 ### 3. accessiBe Makes Accessibility Easy with Fast Setup and AI Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan H. | Director of SEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

What I like about accessiBe is how easy it is to implement. The installation is quick and it starts improving accessibility with minimal effort. The AI-driven automation helps bring websites closer to ADA compliance without requiring a deep technical knowledge or constant manual updates. I can also really appreciate the customizable accessibility interface to help enhance the ux for visitors with different needs while maintaining the site’s design.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The widget can feel a bit intrusive from a UX standpoint, and pricing may be steep for smaller businesses compared to alternative solutions (since I work in agency, I deal with this a lot).

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe helps me and my team manage ADA compliance better than the alternate time-consuming, technical, and expensive to handle manually approach.

 ### 4. Easy-to-Install, Reliable Accessibility Widget That Boosts Client Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

accessiBe allows me to provide an easy / compact solution for my clients (I'm a website designer / developer) and the customization widget is very easy to use / install. I like the new resources (certification letter for website) and it allows my customers to feel more confident in their compliance. Whenever I am onboarding customers to use accessiBe, I like how easy it is to reference it as the industry standard -- for example, if they don't know what accessiBe is or how it works (most dont), I will direct them to the Alex and Ani website so they can play around with the widget in real time. (used to be the Zara site but I don't see it there anymore?)

I like that the integration process (code script) is easy enough to have customers be able to manage on their own, but also is something customers feel better about having their designer/developer manage.

The widget is very consistent, doesnt ever appear to experience bugs, and doesn't need too much management once its up.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

As an accessibe partner, I find Registering leads to be somewhat confusing / changes frequently. There is not enough education around the difference between a Child Account, managing the clients License for them, or using a referral link. I have had a few situatons where the Client first has me as the website designer, own the license, and then later needs access to their own dashboard (so essentially migrating a License to a Child Account) and this process is really clunky / unclear.

I also find it challenging and a bit overdue to have transparency for Partner Referrals, meaning the comission I receive as an AccessiBe partner, when I refer other agency owners to also be AccessiBe partners (to then utilize for their own clients). I have had to hunt these payouts down a bit or check in frequently with different contacts at AccessiBe for updates. Ideally this should live on our partner dashboards and the information on these payouts should be as readily available as our Child Account payouts, etc.

Seperately, I have just started using the Shopify app which is really great and I much prefer it for my shopify clients! But this also becomes a bit confusing on the funnel of logging the credit for bringing these clients on. Often as we are building sites, there is not time to coordinate with AccessiBe representatives for how this should be logged.

Lastly, the pricing (while I understand is more than worth it as a Web Designer/Developer) is a huge painpoint for clients, particularly small businesses, who are unfortunately often just as at risk for consequences of not being in compliance. Almost half of my small business clients opt out of moving forward all together because of the price point of even the micro plan. It would be great to have a small business option for low view count etc. that offers them at least some protection.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe helps me cover a big piece of the puzzle as a website designer that is making sure my clients have a clear path toward accessibility compliance. While compliance does ultimately sit with the business owner, having this in place adds a layer of protection and builds trust. It also allows me to guide clients through something most aren’t even aware of, helping them avoid potential risks before they become an issue. It also is a great education piece of why accessibility is so important and necessary online.

Having the accessiBe in place has offered more confidence and sense of peace for my clients in sharing their websites publicly, specifically clients with high visibility, and feeling sure that they are providing an inclusive online experience for users.

 ### 5. Best onboarding and customer service experience from a 3rd party company.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trent J. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

While the product is amazing, the customer service and onboarding experience is by far the best experience I have ever had with a 3rd party provider. My rep Deryck is amazing and implementing the Accessibe system is so simple. My clients have been super impressed - and I owe that to the Accessibe system.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

UPDATE: There have been a lot of advancements with further competition emerging in the accessibility market. As such, Accessibe's policies have changed to reflect this. They use to grant a 14 day refund policy but due to competition coming out with free platforms, they took that away. What that means is that if you decide you don't need it, even within minutes of purchasing it, you are out of luck. On top of that, you can't cancel auto-renew on your own. You actually have to email the team to have them remove it.

A vendor we use for other features implemented an accessibility plugin that came with our already paid services. Due to what is outlined above, I didn't have time when I went to cancel my auto renew and figured I would wait until closer to my renewal date. Of course I forgot, and was then charged. I reached out that day to explain the situation and request a refund, but due to terms and services they will not comply.

ORIGINAL: The only downside that I have experience thus far is that I have to email my sales rep if the domain for a client changes. Such a minor detail that at the end of the day is trivial, but I would like to see this feature implemented eventually.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibe is solving my ADA Compliance needs with my customers and their websites.

**Official Response from Patience Saporito:**

> Hi Trent! Thank you for sharing that with us. For any immediate changes to your account or your clients please feel free to reach our support team in chat or at hello@accessibe.com. We're happy to help :)

 ### 6. Effortless Accessibility Enhancement with Simple UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh M. | Associate Manager - Campaign Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really like that accessiBe's UI is super simple and doesn't interfere with my existing websites. It's really easy to implement without issues post-installation, and the simplicity of the UI helps a lot. Even if you can't see, you can navigate using tab buttons, which makes the whole platform accessible. Also, I find it great that you can see visual changes live, and there's no need to install heavy plugins. It's easily installable using GTM and doesn't require much infrastructure, making it very convenient for me to implement more accessibility to websites.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the lot of offerings they have. They have so many options. This could be reduced. We can identify what caters to the 90% of the entire audience and keep the rest in the lower tier.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe makes the web accessible for everyone, ensuring those who are visually impaired or have disabilities can properly access websites.

 ### 7. Made Accessibility Improvements Fast—Even for a Large Codebase

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourabh G. | Martech Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

Accessible helps make websites usable for people with disabilities. When we decided to improve accessibility, our large codebase meant it would require significant development effort. However, by using their app, we were able to implement these improvements within just a few weeks.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Earlier, they didn’t have integration with WordPress, but within a few weeks they rolled out changes that made their app compatible with WordPress.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply, they help reduce development effort and also make the entire website accessible end to end for all specialised people.

 ### 8. Effortless ADA Compliance with accessiBe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly Aliese K. | Sr Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really like that accessiBe requires little to no work. You just install the widget onto the site, and it comes with the ability to customize it with branded colors and a few other items. It's very simple to use, and there's nothing to it. It seamlessly integrates with the existing website, making it look like it's one with the site. The initial setup was very simple, taking only about five minutes to install and set up. We use Google Tag Manager to install.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

There is nothing we don't like about it.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to ensure our clients' websites are ADA compliant without constantly worrying about updates and changes.

 ### 9. Easy Accessibility Boost, but Not a Complete Compliance Solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like that accessiBe is easy to use and provides quick accessibility improvements without needing advanced technical skills.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

What I dislike is that accessiBe can create a false sense of full compliance. While it improves accessibility on the surface, it cannot fix all underlying issues in a website’s structure, especially for screen reader users. True accessibility requires intentional design practices... tools like accessiBe should be used as a supplement rather than a complete solution, bu tmany do not use it as such.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides tools like keyboard navigation support, contrast settings, and text adjustments that improve usability. This benefits me by allowing quicker implementation of accessibility features, helping ensure that digital content is more inclusive while also supporting compliance efforts.

 ### 10. Seamless ADA Compliance Solution for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like that accessiBe is very contained. It's in one spot, but it doesn't affect the flow of the website or the style. It's really also very easy to find, and so it's there. I like that it's just a small monthly fee, and they take care of everything. The initial setup was super easy. We just went through and did a scan of our website and took advantage of the trial to see if it would work for us. They even drafted up the accessibility statement for our website, which was fabulous. I feel really confident that we are compliant and that people with disabilities are able to use our website thoroughly and fluently.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

n/a

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe makes our website accessible and ADA compliant without us needing to research everything. It solves these issues by putting it all in one place.

 ### 11. Informative, Easy-to-Use Accessibility Guidance with Monthly Compliance Scans

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jannette N. | owner and manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

AccessiBe is very informative about why my website needs to be accessible to everyone and explains how to do it. It was also very easy to use and follow. They also run monthly scans to make sure my website is compliant.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

So far, there’s nothing I dislike about AccessiBe..

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my website compliant with ADA regulations helps me stay on the right side of the law, and it also feels like the right thing to do. It lets me be more considerate of people with disabilities by providing accessible navigation and a smoother experience for everyone who visits the site.

 ### 12. Great for Accessibility at Scale, with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I appreciate the reports and issue tracking being in a single platform, which is convenient. I also like that I don't have to maintain that information on my own, like in spreadsheets or other places. It's great that I can easily share the link to these reports or export them as documents to those who need them for mediation. Additionally, the initial setup is really simple, and I found the walkthrough very helpful, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I would appreciate the ability to add more notes about the information in manual testing. And I'd like to provide more details about that in the access of the application.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to scale my audits and evaluations, focusing more on manual testing. It centralizes accessibility issues, simplifying reporting to developers, and I appreciate the reports and issue tracking in one platform without needing to maintain information myself.

 ### 13. AccessiBe Makes Web Accessibility Easy to Implement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rido N. | Ecommerce Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

AccessiBe is a leading expert in this area of technology. They’ve done the heavy lifting to help solve web accessibility issues without relying on server-level development. It’s easy to implement and straightforward to get started with.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

It requires a separate subscription to cover the subdomain.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccessiBe helps our website and organisation meet the legal requirements imposed in certain countries, and it also helps us fulfil accessibility requirements requested by international corporate clients.

 ### 14. Enhances Accessibility with Cost Savings, Minor Widget Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really like how accessiBe helps in reducing the built-in cost required to enable accessibility features directly into each training module, and it offers consistency across products. It's impressive that it allows us to consider the limitations of some users we wouldn't have been able to support without this tool. The ability to have text narration through the widget instead of building voice narration into each module greatly reduces costs. Our technical team found the setup process not to be difficult, which I appreciate. We received accessiBe as a recommendation, and we have been satisfied with it.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Some widget features seem to not work optimally on our platform. The voice narration feature does not always work for us.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe improves access to online learning, reducing built-in costs for features like voice narration. It offers consistency across products and addresses user limitations we couldn't support before.

 ### 15. Effortless Accessibility Enhancer with Minor Setup Confusion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tessa L.

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I use accessiBe on my store website to ensure accessibility for all visitors. I appreciate that it makes approaching accessibility easy and streamlined, saving me time and energy while ensuring my site is inclusive and compliant. I like that it’s pretty straightforward to plug and go, yet I can control and monitor things through the customer account. It's also neat to get insights on what accessibility functions our customers frequently use, which can guide my web design improvements.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

My only concern so far is that, because I'm using a Shopify storefront but purchased my subscription on the main accessiBe website, it wasn't as apparent that I would need to manually install the widget on my site and NOT use the supplied instructions to install it via the Shopify app store. I think if there was maybe just a spot to log into an active accessiBe account when installing the Shopify web app, that would save a lot of confusion.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe simplifies making my website accessible, saving me time and worry ensuring it's inclusive and compliant. It's straightforward to implement and offers control through a customer account, which helps me improve web design based on accessibility function usage insights.

 ### 16. Essential Tool for ADA Compliance and Accessibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill T.

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like how accessiBe helps keep my website and my client's websites compliant with ADA standards. The individual page checkers are valuable because they show us errors and areas where accessibility standards aren't being upheld, allowing us to know what to fix on each page. I also use the monthly reports often. The initial setup of accessiBe was easy, and I use it with WordPress most often. I am likely to recommend accessiBe to others as I rate it a 10 and recommend it all the time.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The back end interface is sometimes confusing, and I'm not always sure what access I get given my account level.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to keep my website and my clients' sites compliant with ADA standards. It helps me stay up to date with accessibility standards, and the page checkers pinpoint errors so I know what to fix. The monthly reports are also valuable.

 ### 17. Effortless ADA Compliance with accessiBe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

My favorite thing about accessiBe is how easy it was to install and use. I also appreciated the free trial period that didn't require a credit card to sign up for. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I would love to see some bundle pricing. We have three websites that we purchased this plugin for, and did have to pay full price for all of them.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe quickly makes our websites ADA compliant, easing concerns about liability and lawsuits. It requires little maintenance, providing a hassle-free compliance solution.

 ### 18. ADA Compliance For The Web Made Easy

**Official Response from Lauren Adel:**

AccessiBe is allowing us to ensure that all of our customers are able to find us and communicate with us in the way that is best for them.

 ### 20. Easy Setup and User-Friendly Dashboard

I use accessiBe to audit our ecommerce site for accessibility and I really like the dashboard/console because it is very easy to use. I also appreciate having clear visibility into improvements over time and the ability to quickly identify potential issues. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Recently our weekly automated audit failed a few times. It would be nice if it could restart automatically if it didn't complete and notify me why the audit failed.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to audit our site for accessibility issues. It identifies issues missed during development, like adding alt tags, and the dashboard is easy to use, providing clear visibility into improvements and helping quickly identify potential issues.

 ### 21. accessiBe Makes Web Accessibility Simple and Automatic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

accessiBe makes web accessibility simple. It’s quick to set up, runs automatically, and helps ensure your site is more inclusive without needing a ton of technical expertise. Great option for businesses looking for an easy entry point into accessibility.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

like most AI-based solutions, it’s not a complete replacement for manual accessibility work. It’s best used as part of a broader accessibility strategy rather than a one-and-done fix.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is easy to implement, with minimal technical lift, making it especially appealing for small to mid-sized businesses. Features like automated accessibility adjustments and ongoing monitoring help sites stay aligned with ADA and WCAG standards.

 ### 22. A simple and effective way to make websites more accessible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frane C. | Project & Client Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like how simple it is to set up and start using right away. The automation handles most of the heavy lifting, which saves a lot of time and helps ensure ongoing accessibility compliance. The widget is customizable, easy to integrate with any website, and the support team is always quick and friendly when help is needed.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

It would be great to have more detailed accessibility reports and insights to see exactly what’s being fixed or improved over time. A bit more control over design elements and placement options for the widget would also be helpful, but overall it’s a very solid and reliable solution.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe helps us make websites ADA- and WCAG-compliant without needing a full development overhaul. It automates most of the accessibility adjustments, saving both time and cost while helping our clients meet legal and ethical accessibility standards. **Reviewed by:** Sean P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

What I like most about accessiBe is its ease of installation. It doesn't require any plugins, just a piece of code on the website. I also really like their guarantees and the backup they provide, putting their money where their mouth is. Additionally, accessiBe's financial backing and extensive features make it far better than the base Elementor accessibility widget. The initial setup was extremely easy, and it covers a lot of legal and compliance requirements automatically with great tools for site analysis.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I wish that the widget had some data to see how many people were using it, but other than that, it's pretty great.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to make city websites accessible for people with disabilities, meeting legal needs with automatic compliance tools and legal support.

There isn't anything about accessiBe that I dislike or would want to see changed.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe is helping my website stay compliant, which is important to me. However, I believe it is even more crucial that accessiBe enables me to safely reach all users, regardless of their physical abilities to navigate the site. This is particularly significant in my role as a healthcare provider.

 ### 25. It’s been very beneficial for our clients and everyone has been quite satisfied with the results.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karina B. | Account Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

The platform is extremely easy to implement and integrates smoothly with our clients’ websites, saving both time and resources. It provides an effective way to ensure compliance and improve accessibility without needing deep technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

While accessiBe offers a strong baseline for accessibility, it does have some limitations. For highly customized sites, there are occasional adjustments that still need manual oversight.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe is helping us address the challenge of making client websites compliant with accessibility regulations while also creating a more inclusive digital experience for users. Without it, ensuring ADA and WCAG compliance would require significant manual effort and ongoing developer time. The solution allows us to quickly implement accessibility features at scale, giving our clients peace of mind that they are reducing legal risk while opening their businesses to a wider audience. This has also strengthened client trust in our services, since we can offer them a cost-effective and efficient way to meet accessibility requirements.

 ### 26. Decent Reporting, Needs Actionable Fixes

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Founder & WordPress Infrastructure Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I use accessiBe to review websites for accessibility compliance and it helps us learn what items we need to work on to get clients' websites up to the correct accessibility standards. I like their reports, which are pretty good. The initial setup of accessiBe was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I know it's mostly a reporting application. But it would be nice if it actually fixed some of the issues in addition to just letting us know what those are.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe helps us learn what items we need to work on to get clients' websites up to the correct accessibility standards.

 ### 27. Easy Setup, But Pricey for the Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iris Y.

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I appreciate how accessiBe makes it extremely easy to self-serve and set up my plan type, which simplifies the process considerably. After navigating the setup for the first site, it becomes straightforward to replicate that setup across multiple other sites, making it a very efficient solution for our needs. The integration is excellent; once it's in place, adding more sites becomes a simple plug-and-play task, which streamlines management significantly. The service is particularly valuable because it provides out-of-the-box accessibility compliance proof, a critical feature since our team lacks the resources to build our own WCAG accessibility compliance in-house right now.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

It's quite costly for what it is, and the prices have been increasing for us even though our service has remained the same.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to ensure WCAG accessibility compliance easily, saving us from building our own. Its proof of accessibility is helpful, and it simplifies setup across multiple sites once the integration is done.

 ### 28. Clear, Actionable Accessibility Insights with accessiBe

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like how clear and easy to present accessiBe's results are; it turns hunches or confusion into actionable data.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I dislike that some of the plugin options are not "better" for users; I've encountered some vision settings that did not work for users experiencing those vision problems. I also do not like how the accessibility review tool can only look at one page at a time.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe is our recommended tool for clients to implement when they have accessibility concerns or after they've experienced complaints. It helps users take control of their accessibility on the fly; it also helps us to work towards a better end-state with the client, once they can actually see where their website deviates from accessible standards.

 ### 29. Effortless Setup, Comprehensive Accessibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerrica W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I love the ease of use and the support offered by accessiBe. The setup is rather easy, which makes it straightforward for our clients. It's easy to set up, and users find it simple to click on the widget too. The people we worked with during the setup for the partnership were great.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I think having the option to move it around would be easier but other than that it's pretty easy

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to make our clients' websites fully accessible with ease. It simplifies the setup process, provides solid support, and includes necessary audits, making it user-friendly and comprehensive.

 ### 30. Simple, Effective, and Time-Saving Accessibility Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really appreciate how simple accessiBe makes the entire accessibility process. The setup is quick, the interface is easy to navigate, and the automated adjustments help ensure our website stays compliant without constant manual updates. It gives us peace of mind knowing our site is more accessible to all users while saving us a lot of time on the backend.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The main downside is that some customization options feel a bit limited, especially if you want more control over specific accessibility features. It would also be helpful if certain tools updated faster when we make design changes on our site. Overall though, the product still provides strong value

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe helps us stay compliant with accessibility standards without needing a full-time developer to manage ongoing updates. It automatically adjusts our site to meet key accessibility requirements, which saves us time and reduces the risk of compliance issues. It also creates a better, more inclusive experience for our visitors, which reflects positively on our brand and helps us reach a wider audience.

I'm impressed by its seamless integration with our current systems, particularly WordPress, which is the primary tool we use. The ease of use extends to the AccessiBe dashboard, which provides clear insights into how the accessibility features are being utilized, making it extremely valuable for our workflow. ### 33. Poor Execution and Support Make accessiBe Unusable

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like the idea and concept of accessiBe.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I'm frustrated that accessiBe doesn't work with Squarespace, a major website design provider, and this isn't mentioned on their website. After realizing it wouldn't work, they refused to refund me. The execution of the service was terrible, despite liking the concept. The customer service is bad too, with high turnover of account managers and a huge issue taking six to nine months to resolve. Even after acknowledging they couldn't solve my issue, they still denied a refund and stopped responding to my emails.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I expected accessiBe to help people with different abilities view my website through an overlay.

 ### 34. Effortless Compliance, Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azaniah I.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I find it incredibly valuable that it helps us remain compliant with the standards of the American Disabilities Act, ensuring that my website is accessible to all users. This aspect of compliance and accessibility is crucial for me, allowing us to be available for those with disabilities. The ease of integration is particularly beneficial because it allows me and my clients, who might not want to get into technical details, to stay updated with the necessary technology effortlessly. It handles all the complex work for us, enabling us to focus on what we do best, without worrying about the technical intricacies. The initial setup was simple and straightforward, which is a huge plus. Overall, accessiBe is working perfectly for my needs, and I don't have any recommendations for improvement at the moment. This satisfaction is reflected in my willingness to recommend accessiBe to others, as demonstrated by my top score rating of ten out of ten for recommending it to friends or colleagues.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

no dislikes

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to ensure my website is accessible, making compliance with the American Disabilities Act straightforward with its AI-powered, easy-to-integrate solution, allowing me to focus on my core business without delving into technical complexities.

 ### 35. Intuitive Interface and Excellent Accessibility Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamaljit S. | Web Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like that the interface is simple, intuitive, and provides clear tools for users who need visual, cognitive, or navigation support.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

There are moments where the widget conflicts with custom site scripts, which creates extra testing and fine-tuning on our end.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccessiBe helps us automate a large portion of our accessibility requirements across multiple Garaventa Lift sites. It quickly identifies issues and applies AI-powered adjustments that improve navigation, readability, and usability for visitors with disabilities. This reduces the amount of manual remediation work needed and helps us maintain ongoing accessibility compliance more efficiently across all our regional sites.

 ### 36. Easy Customization and Installation for ADA Compliance

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Nothing - it's a great addition to our website

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us make sure our website is more accessible and allows us to do that quickly and easily and use our brand colors.

 ### 37. Seamless Accessibility with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really like the ease of installing accessiBe and how simple it is for end users to navigate. The wide variety of tools available for different impairments makes it quite effective. It's been great for plugging the current accessibility gap on our event websites and fixing issues on the fly. The simple deployment on multiple sites keeps development costs low and results in higher user satisfaction, as reflected in our NPS.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The tool could look hidden, especially on larger screens. It might be worth exploring an alternative trigger, such as a button link at the top of the page. Having the small button on the bottom left of the screen means it could be missed. I would be interested to explore other trigger options.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use accessiBe to plug accessibility gaps and fix issues on the fly on our UK wevent websites. Its ease of install and use, along with tools for different impairments, lowers development costs and boosts user satisfaction. We are currently working on accessibility fixes in our core code but accessibe is taking the pressure off of our development teams and means that we are already AA compliant.

 ### 38. Feature rich accessibility solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay D. | VP of Customer Success/ Interim CISO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

AccessiBe makes it incredibly easy to implement and customize their widget, retaining your existing branding during the process. On the sites I've used AccessiBe on, the feedback has always been positive, and the widget has been frequently used. While I haven't had a ton of interaction with their customer support, in the times I have reached out, the responses were quick and thorough.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I'm not a huge fan of the price and the changes in included features based on the price tier purchased. While I'll continue using Accessibe for now, I fear they may price themselves out of the market and eliminate the features that justified the previous price points.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccessiBe allows us to easily offer an inclusive experience to all of our customers by handling all website related modifications needed to accommodate just about any issue our viewers may run into. The widget itself is feature rich and covers every ailment you can imagine, all with a click of a button.

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

It was meant to help meet accessibility compliance standards.

I use accessiBe to make our sites more accessible for members with different abilities, and it speeds up solutions for more use cases than we could adapt for alone.

Nothing yet.

accessiBe ensures my healthcare clients' websites maintain accessibility standards, so our agency doesn't need to stay on top of the changing compliance. Its easy interface, monthly updates, and customizable widget save time and simplify compliance management.

 ### 43. Makes accessibility easy without a ton of effort

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua W. | Lead Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

What I like most is how easy it is to get started. I was able to install it on our site quickly, and I didn’t need much technical help to do it. The interface is simple and the tools work right away without much setup. It also integrates well with what we already use, so we didn’t have to change anything major. I like that it keeps things compliant in the background, which takes a lot of pressure off. Support has been helpful every time I’ve reached out with a question.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

It doesn’t always catch everything, especially if you have more custom or interactive content. Sometimes manual fixes are still needed. Also, while there are a lot of features, I wish there were more options to tweak the design of the accessibility interface. The pricing could also be a bit high for smaller businesses, even though it does what it promises.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe is helping us make our website accessible to users with disabilities without needing to build everything from scratch or constantly monitor compliance ourselves. It takes care of a lot of the heavy lifting, like screen reader support, keyboard navigation, and text adjustments, which saves us time and ensures we’re following ADA and WCAG guidelines. This not only helps us avoid legal issues, but also allows us to reach a wider audience and create a better experience for all users. It’s basically peace of mind in a tool.

 ### 44. Intuitive and Customizable, Yet Pricey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tasneem N. | Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really appreciate accessiBe for its extensive customization features and the ability to manage multiple accounts under a single agency account. Additionally, I find the initial setup process of accessiBe to be straightforward, which significantly contributes to its practicality. ### 46. AccessiBe is a great company with amazing customer service!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I found out that my company needed to prioritize, focusing on accessibility for our website, and the first company that I found was Accessibe. I chatted with Ben several times and he was more than helpful in the process of installing the app on our website. It was a little confusing at first, but with step-by-step instructions it became increasingly simple to use. I would for sure recommend this product to other people looking for an easy solution to access accessibility on their websites.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The only thing that I would criticize about AccessiBe would be that I feel like they aren't insanely straightforward with what their product does from the beginning. However, after integrating it into our website and using it, I believe that it became clear after a few days and seeing the change in accessibility for our site.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccessiBe is solving all of our accessibility problems on website. Including backdoor, heading mishaps and link issues that we had. It also includes tools to help with ADHD, visually impaired customers, and so much more.

 ### 47. Effortless Compliance with very quick setup in WordPress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like that accessiBe is incredibly easy to use and the installation only took a couple of minutes thanks to their WordPress plugin. I also appreciate the free one-week trial, which gave us the confidence to validate the product without any risk.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The only concern — which isn't unique to accessiBe — is adding yet another WordPress plugin to our site, which could slow page load times. But this isn't a huge concern.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe ensures our website complies with all accessibility regulations, giving our company peace of mind. It's incredibly easy to use, with a plugin for quick WordPress installation.

 ### 48. User-Friendly but Pricey Website Accessibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessie J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really like that accessiBe is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Additionally, setting it up for my website was very easy. I use it primarily to provide accessibility to my site, which is an important feature for me.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The cost.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe because it gives my website accessibility.

 ### 49. Effortless Setup, Enhances Accessibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TendWell N.

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I greatly appreciate accessiBe for its simplicity and ease of setup, which makes getting started with it straightforward and hassle-free. I value how it effectively addresses accessibility issues for users with various needs, such as those related to neurodivergence and mental health. The pre-set profiles feature is particularly beneficial, allowing users to select their desired settings without the necessity for manual customization. Additionally, the service's affordability makes it an attractive choice for continued use.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I wish there was a feature to create custom user profiles. Currently, accessiBe offers a set of pre-configured profiles, like those for contrast ratios, but I feel this limits the ability to cater to specific needs of diverse audiences. It would be beneficial to have the option to build custom profiles tailored to the unique requirements of my website's audience.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to make our website accessible, solving problems for disabled users, especially those with neurodivergent and mental health issues. Its presets for accessibility make setup easy and enhance user experience.

 ### 50. Comprehensive but Costly and Confusing Audits

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh L.

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like that accessiBe ensures our clients feel like they're getting the accessibility they need for the long term. It gives me a sense of trust, and the initial setup was crazy simple, really, really easy.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The audit functionality is relatively extensive but takes forever and can be really expensive, which is frustrating. There's a bit of bait and switch with the free access audit; it only scans an individual page, not the whole site, leading to confusion and unexpected costs.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to ensure ongoing accessibility for our clients' sites, making them compliant even when new content is added.
