With over 7 years in the recruitment industry, I have experience working across other CRM platforms and Vincere is hands down the best!

The user interface is easy to use and is tailor made to allow you to use it exactly how you want. Regular tasks such as adding candidates, notes and contacts are incredibly easy, and means consultants don't need loads of training to use it (this is unlike other platforms which require days and days of training!).

The best feature is the Velocity LinkedIn feature which allows you to add client and candidate contacts straight from LinkedIn. This saves endless amounts of time and encourages consultants to log communications from LinkedIn also.

Additionally, from a management perspective the analytics tool is great to monitor KPI's and performance - this is something other platforms do not offer in such a slick way.

I would recommend Vincere's agenda to be displayed automatically in Outlook, for example when I schedule an appointment for a candidate for the first or second interview, a confirmation email is sent to the candidate and to my client as well, but this email is only informative, it doesn’t generate a meeting on your agenda. The user interface is simple and intuitive. The colour coding and discreet actionable items are clear and concise and require no technical expertise. The staged recording of each process within the recruitment cycle is a great aid memoire and graphically indicates where your pipeline is at any given moment in time. The onboarding and training was excellent and very much bespoked to our business and individual need.

The online help function is excellent with a library of online tutorials and advice on how to best optimise your user experience. The data analytics is excellent, the best we have had access to in our 14 years of trading.
