Even if the application still has a few issues (as would any ATS that is currently being improved by dev. teams), the customer support always answers with rapid and detailed tips to help you navigate and understand the entire ATS. Furthermore, its Help Forum, which is easily accessible, has an extremely great value for someone, like me, who is trying out many functionalities of the ATS in order to improve its own business processes. 10/10 would recommend! There are still some minor bugs, such as when imputing a candidate's availabilities, the date appearing in the menu is actually the date of the day prior to the day selected.
