I chose Vincere due to having used it in a previous company and finding it relatively easy to navigate. When I first spoke to an advisor I explained that I was setting up my own company and so didn't have the skills/resources to configure the system. I was assured that I would receive assistance with this which I did not. If you have someone with the understanding to be able to set the system to your requirements then it can be a good CRM however, I would certainly NOT recommend to very small businesses. As mentioned above I have found the setup of the system very difficult. The training sessions are very quick (and expensive!) and even though I was assured that I would receive assistance in setting things up I did not. After trying to make contact with customer services several times I only received a reply after threatening to leave Vincere. I was offered some further generic training sessions for free but these were not personalised and so unhelpful for my requirements and quite frankly a waste of time. Following these sessions, I have sent several further emails asking for support but have had no response. One of the main reasons I went with Vincere was the potential to automate admin and have a bespoke system for my business however, without the help to set this up I am having to do everything manually whilst paying for many features I have not been able to access. When you use Vincere properly, as per the training, and build the best practices within your team, you really see the benefit of the system for tracking, cross-selling, reporting and employee performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Vincere is living in one single echo system. You don't have to switch between multiple applications to complete your daily tasks. The seamless integration between Vincere products is the best part of it! Using Vincere has improved my daily productivity a lot. It is a very organized system. For resumes written in some languages (e.g., Mandarin Chinese), the search function is not as powerful as for English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Livelist. This gives a really professional a secure first impression to my clients. It's useful to have all CVs and notes in the same place. Also the client an make comments and arrange interviews directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search. I can only really point to this as being a negative area. It's not got that seamless common feel to it like the job boards or LinkedIn. The Linkedin extension is my favourite - so easy to use and parse profiles. Talent pools are also a great way of highlighting our best candidates as per expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel the only 2 downsides are that the program lags a bit and takes time to load. Another is that it would be great to have a way to record candidate calls in addition to new candidates added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mobile App does not work on Android still despite reporting it 8 months ago.

Lack of support, and resources, and the system does not function as demonstrated.
