We Initially went with Vincere due to it's AI-powered search functionality (across internal and external search), as well as the breadth of integrations and apps in the marketplace that help to power Vincere even further. However, after many paid additional training sessions to see if this was a user issue on our end, the search capability to bring up records within our own database is lacking significantly. We have implemented the full Pay and Bill package which we are now using, this was quite challenging and required a considerable amount of support, which was provided.
