From working here for a while now, I do think there's a silent majority that are in a good place to be able to do their job well and without hassle. The only positive is that it captures GPS location to ensure employees aren't scamming us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Access PeopleXD? It frequently freezes, the UI for employees is incredibly clunky and not at all intuitive. The missed-clock feature cannot be edited by employees once submitted, which causes headaches when someone accidentally chooses 1:00 instead of 13:00, etc. There are too many clicks involved in correctly submitting or approving time. It's an all-inclusive software for payroll and general HR work, its affordable, easy to use, user friendly platform to manage workflow, has a great way of following employee performance for issuing benefits and incentive as well as makes it easy to get the right people to promote. easy to schedule payroll task automatically which helps avoid late employee salary disbursement, keeps record of employees and generally the entire human resource.Makes both job posting and on-boarding of new employee easy. I dislike how glitchy and hard it is to use. The user side of it freezes constantly and give plenty of errors. Additionally, it will sometimes just not allow someone the ability to clock in.
