# How do you get the support team to help you via phone or screen share other than email? I have specific issues that cannot be solved by reading general articles they have on line. I need to speak with someone and describe the problems that I have. Why is it so hard to speak with a person? Why do they insist on backwards and forward email exchange? ##### Post Metadata
