Been a client of Accesswire for years. Each year my company buys a bundle of press releases at a discounted package price with the knowledge that all credits must be used within a year. I recently used my last press release credit. It went out at 3am ET because it had to hit the European circuits first. Turns out our "official contract" ended at 12am ET - three hours earlier - and Accesswire refused to honor the credit. I asked my new account rep for a one-time exception, considering I was a long-time customer who was renewing anyways. She denied the request, then sent me an invoice for the release at full price. And she said I'm losing the credit and there was nothing she could do. Are you kidding me? You would expect the smaller players' customer service to excel in situations like this but not Accesswire.
