Accenture is a great consulting company. They have many different areas of expertise that they help to cover. Not only did they assist in helping us set up our Marketing software but they helped to consult on other IT operations within our organization. I would recommend them for any project. Keep in mind a good implementation is based on truly understanding your own needs and being able to identify what the scope of the project needs to be and communicating that with your implementation team. What do you like best about Accenture?

What do you dislike about Accenture?

One of the key things that needs to be identified is key stakeholders within an organization. It isn't really something I would say I dislike other than making sure the correct people are identified at the onset of a project of who should be involved. The other dislike is sometimes the cost. Sherpas came in and learned a new UX platform called Skuid and implemented it for a fin serv customer. Throughout the courtship with a new partner you always wonder if they like you as much as you like them. It's always great to meet good people who work for cool companies, and it's even better when customers trust them. These guys are trustworthy and professional. They helped us with our implementation of Office 365 on our organization, We had little to no idea, so we contract them as Office 365 consultors. After that time, we had the product up and running without issues. They trained a couple of guys of our organization, and the training was fine, because we have been capable to fix ourselves some issues we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accenture?

They really seem that know they were doing... they send three full-time consultants for over a month, and the price was good. The training was very good too, with good online and presencial material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accenture?

At first, they send a very good consultant, and two scholars, for the price of three senior consultants. We talk with them the next day, and they send us the correct proffessionals. They end offering us a bag of support hours for the inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Accenture:

Make sure that they send you the right consultors. They have good stuff, but they try to sell scholars as seniors for our Office 365 implementation project. After that, all was fine, they send very proffessional consultors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accenture knows their stuff and is very knowledgable about what they're doing. Which comes as a big help. Their support is AMAZING though, and became very helpful for our company as sometimes we had no idea what we were doing. They answered our questions with patient and quickly. Even how easily it was to contact support and talk to someone was helpful, which sometimes it is not easy to find this stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer servicer is amazing with Accenture. Not having tried any of the competitors, i'm not sure we ever will because their support was amazing. Easy interface to use, and to be honest, it was just nice looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What can I say about consultants - can't live with them and can't live without them. I worked with Accenture to implement a tool. It's great to work with some one who has been through it before, but each experience is so different, I really felt like we spent a lot of time educating our consultant to get them up to speed.
