Recommendations to others considering Accent Technologies: If you have not seen a demo or spoken with anyone from Accent Technologies yet and you are in the market for a cutting-edge, comprehensive content management tool, I highly recommend that you do. Overall, the customer experience is night and day compared to our old content management platform. At a minimum, we have solved pain points that we expereienced on our old platform with the Accent solution but we've also been afforded new application opportunities through the Accent platform such as a robust Salesforce integration, emailing and tracking capabilities, social media like collaborarion tools and a Communication module that allows for easy and efficient campaign management for internal and external audiences. The Accent Customer Success team is the best of the best. They are strategic, supportive, helpful, and responsive. The platform itself is a game-changer for our marketing & sales teams and our company, helping us provide brand-compliant updated materials at scale and ultimately increasing our win-rate! The team is responsive and resolves our issues quickly so it's not a big deal. We've also noticed that sometimes the platform lags or is slow in response. Again, not a deal-breaker. We had multiple problems across the marketing and sales organization related to version control, searching for sales tools, and adoption rates. Since launching earlier this year, we've seen better sales and marketing alignment, and overall better sentiment about the materials marketing creates. Accent Technologies makes it easy for Medscape Education to search, create, and maintain content. The search fields and metadata are incredibly helpful in creating an interactive repository for slide decks so that employees can easily find and access files they need. On the Admin side of Accent Technologies, although the process is learnable, creating metadata and search fields is not incredibly intuitive nor easy to navigate using the Java Admin Server. Accent Librarian allows Medscape Education to search for slide decks and recreate them using individual slides or multiple slides from various decks. By adding this program to the process of creating slide decks, we are making it easier and faster for employees to create and search for slides they've already made. Accent technologies has been monumental in changing the strategies leveraged by our sales organization. We come from an industry of more experienced and mature B2B sales professionals who are used to selling strictly based off the relationships they have built. While we still have a ways to go, we could not have gotten to where we are at today without Accent Technologies (the product and their team). Accent has not only helped us bridge sales and marketing but is making it easier for our sales team to learn how and when to leverage content throughout their deal cycle. Accent's microsites allow for easy creation of a comprehensive set of content across various folders to get a cohesive email together for simple sharing. There are certain features still in the pipeline such as the ability to choose if the content of a microsite can be downloaded or not. As an admin, Accent has made my life immensely easier. Pre-Accent, I would have to update multiple master decks so frequently I couldn't keep up. With Accent, I can manage my sales enablement materials effectively and keep my teams on-brand. I also gain analytic feedback on what is actually helpful for my sales teams. For example, it would be great if we could have the option to convert certain files to locked PDFs where now we have locked PDFs with printing capabilities, but some of our files we would like to remove the printing capabilities.
