I like the way that it is exceptionally instinctive to use and viewing and downloading records is simple, I particularly like the component where we can synchronize the documents to our nearby PC during a period based on my personal preference. What do you dislike about Accent Technologies? Accent has a few gaps in its features and we are a group of Mac clients and many of their functions are just working on PC or require a workaround. Explicitly web record transfers saving money on a Mac as a Weblock document and requiring a product to interpret them into a URL record. Even though there are gaps in the functionality, Accent reacts rapidly and are headed to assist us with explaining our issue, regardless of whether it implies working straightforwardly with the designers to settle key parts. With our old platform, the information was constantly outdated and took forever for someone to find the content. Within a couple searches, you can find what you are looking for and limit the edits to the content as well. I also like the tracking feature so we can see our efforts in real time. I like the fact that it is very intuitive to use. Viewing and downloading files is very easy, I especially like the feature where you can sync the files to your local computer at a time of my choosing. The look and 'feel' of the platform is also great. I like the fact that files have a lot of information about when last they were modified and who by, I think this could be very useful for content creators to have visibility on when last a file was edited. I am not sure how to use the tool to its full capability yet, perhaps it would be better if it were clearer what Accent actually is. Additionally, Accent has a series of technology solutions, but it sounds like your organization is primarily using our Content Management Platform. Accent allows me to maintain and control the sales enablement toolkit as well as product documentation. My top three reasons for loving Accent is first off, the account support we receive from the Accent team. The tool's tracking and analytics capabilities. Lastly, the ability to slice and dice existing decks and creating exactly what you need for an upcoming meeting. Everything can be seamlessly completed in minutes. We are a team of Mac users and a few of the functions only work on PC or require a workaround. Specifically web file uploads saving on a Mac as a Weblock file and needing a software to translate them into a url file. Some of the admin capabilities can get confusing however accent is willing to answer questions and provides trainings to get you there. We are gradually adding functionality options to Content Manager that will allow super admin teams the option to transition off the Java application entirely. The goal is to enable teams responsible for both system administration (such as user profiles, content security, business rules, etc.) and content management to work seamlessly within one interface. Depending on when you rolled out, we may not have had our current training portfolio available. In our experience we've learned, no matter how intuitive the technology, users are much more confident using a system they've been trained on. Therefore, we are committed to creating an onboarding experience that leaves your users feeling comfortable and natural in the system. We offer a breadth of training and user adoptions plans such as End User/ Admin Training series, Train the Trainer plans, or a combination of the two (all customizable to your organization's needs). We can also produce reference guides, cheat sheets and other support collateral personalized to your organization's configurations, special features, or unique use cases in the system. Also, all trainings and user adoption plans can be tailored to user roles, system responsibilities or other specific use cases.
