The ease of use, the low code/no code nature fo the application. The HUGE releases they have, where many new features and updates are added. Customer support is excellent as is client relationship management. We use Accelq for web, mobile responsive, mobile (iOS,Android) App testing; which includes many REST API calls. We also no longer need developers to write and maintain our automation. Teammates with high product knowledge but no developer skills are able to contribute and assist in maintaining out regresttion test infrastructure. The product is notr "flaky" at all; while we had seasoned developers writign our selenium automation we still had considerable flakiness. Also, the HUGE maven project we used to have to maintain for our Automation frameworkd is gone. Accels manages all of it; authoring, execution, scheduling, reporting.... Our team can focus on Testing once again and not keeping our automation framework running. It was super easy to integrate into our CIDC pipeline as well. We do not use the windows desktop automation capabilities. For me it is not as easy as web/mobile functional testing. I am excited to how mobile application capabilities evolve. While functional I look froward to mobie testing becoming as easy as the web. While the integrtaion with Perfecto works it could be much improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Easy to pickup and start automating with if you have a good understanding of what workflows are.

2. Very understandable automation "language".

3. Straight forward with its features and is 1:1 (expectation vs reality ideology).

4. They have great customer support and have been able to deal with the issues reported.

1.It is very technical wherein you have to deeply understand what you're doing to even start troubleshooting any issues related to the scripts.

2.There are instances where you don't know if it's the environment, the script or ACCELQ having the issues.

Tool was good in desgining automating test cases interms of building pages and reusble methods and easy to scan the elements

have inbuilt methods and one more good thing is AI feature is added its help us automatically redetect the elements during execution time for failed elementsand execution goes smoothly
