"Accelq is a boon to QAs"
5/5
What do you like best about ACCELQ?

After using ACCELQ for over a year, what I like most about ACCELQ is its strong element identification. The locator-free and smart locator approach, along with its self-healing capabilities, makes maintaining test cases much easier. Its AI capability as auto pilot helped me to write complex logic of IST to PST timezone conversion considering the daylight saving and leap year within few minutes by giving simple prompt. What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

There isn’t much to dislike. Previously, when we needed to update action parameter test data, we had to open the test case first and then make the changes. With the latest update, we can now update it directly from the list view as well, which is a helpful improvement they’ve added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accelerating Test Automation While Reducing Maintenance Effort - ACCELQ"
5/5
What do you like best about ACCELQ?

One of ACCELQ’s biggest advantages is how much it simplifies creating and maintaining automated tests. Features like reusable components, centralized test management, and integration with CI/CD pipelines have improved efficiency and reduced the effort needed to keep automation assets up to date. The platform also offers solid visibility into test execution and results, which makes it easier to monitor quality and track progress across releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

While ACCELQ delivers exceptional overall value, there is still an opportunity to further strengthen some advanced customization and reporting capabilities to offer greater flexibility for complex enterprise use cases. In addition, as the platform continues to evolve with new features, more in-product guidance and contextual learning resources could help users understand what’s new and maximize adoption more quickly. These are relatively minor considerations and do not materially affect the product’s overall effectiveness or the value it delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall, awesome automation software, highly recommend"
5/5
What do you like best about ACCELQ?

I love how simple AccelQ is to run and get going. The learning curve is small, and once you pick up their lingo (ex: to enter a comment, they (accelq) uses the term 'annotate') it's very user friendly in helping you build out scripts. Being able to run each line or command in real time is SUPER beneficial and time saving! You can see instantly if the command will work and if it doesn't, accelq helps you fix it automatically. It basically sets you up for a successful run. We've been able to use it to do repetitive tasks in Salesforce orgs instead of having to do it manually every time we spin a new org. So it's a great testing tool, AND a great manual task generator tool. Overall, great great great product and great support team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

One downside is sometimes tests will fail randomly when run as a whole. What i've found is when this happens, it's usually a salesforce issue with loading the page, so it would be nice if accelq could auto refresh or auto retry to navigate for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Test Automation with Easy Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about ACCELQ?

I use ACCELQ to automate functional and API testing for our internal applications. I find the natural language approach to building test cases really makes them easier to read and maintain, which is a plus for team members not focused on automation to still contribute to the testing process. I also appreciate the clear visibility it provides into test execution results. I like how the centralized workspace helps keep our test assets organized, making it easier to track execution results. The platform integrates smoothly with our development tools, allowing us to run tests as part of our regular build process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

Setting up more complex test scenarios can take time to learn. Some parts of the documentation could provide more detailed examples to help new users get started faster thou their support system is active to help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless No-Code Testing with Seamless Cloud Access"
5/5
What do you like best about ACCELQ?

I really appreciate the no-code automation approach in ACCELQ. It lets our QA team create and maintain tests without having to rely heavily on developers, which definitely saves us time. The cloud-based setup is also great because it eliminates the need for infrastructure and lets us collaborate easily, with web and API testing available all in one place. Another thing that stood out is that it was quite easy to set up, thanks to the support system we could easily reach out to for help during the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

I would say they could improve on report customization. The default reports are useful, but having more flexible options to customize dashboards or export details results would help teams analyze testing outcomes more easily. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in customizing reports and dashboards, like the ability to choose specific metrics, filter results by test cycle, or create simple visual summaries for different stakeholders. "A Solid Codeless Test Automation Platform That Fits Well Into Agile and DevOps Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about ACCELQ?

what stood out for us is ACCELQ's broad test support combines with how well it enhances Agile and DevOPs workflows. The platform support UI, API, mobile , and backend testing in one place, which makes it easier to manage quality without juggling multiple tools.

The codeless approach is genuinely helpful both QA and non technical team members can contribute to test creation, which speeds things up during sprints. We also like how test cases align well with CI?CD pipelines, making continuous testing feel natural instead of forced. Overall, it fits nicely into a fast moving Agile environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially around understanding how ACCELQ structures test logic and flows. Some advanced configurations could also benefit from clearer documentation or more in app guidance once you are past onboarding, it is smooth, but initial setup can feel slightly overwhelming for first time users. "ACCELQ Empowers the Whole Team with AI-Driven, Visual Test Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about ACCELQ?

WE'd been struggling to get the whole team involved in automation; most of it fell on two engineers. After switching to ACCELQ, that changed pretty quickly. the visual test building and Design-First AI architech meant our non-dev folks could actually contribute without needing hand-holding. the autonomous discover for faster test coverage and reusable assets helped cut down repeated scripts and speed up releases. the Agentic AI-powered test automation capabilities really changed how we approach QA> We're not going back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

Advanced scenarios have a learning curve, and i think some more detailed documentation would help. And auto-retry or occasional page load issues would also imprve reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
