What do you like best about Accelo?

The best thing about the app is that it is very flexible and offers many possibilities. There are regular updates with new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

Some features are behind the paywall of the more expensive package, while in my opinion, these features should be part of the basic package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelo?

The customer service at Forecast is the best I've ever experienced. Becky & Andrea have been amazing answering my many questions on how to best use the platform to fit our needs. What do you dislike about Accelo?

They rolled out quiet a few updates without giving any heads up or explanation of the new features last week. I would've liked to receive a guide on new features and any impacts they might have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelo?

The way we can customize it, the way it integrates with othere services, just love it.

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo allows us to keep track of everything in our business from prospects, to inquiries, to completion of projects to customer support. The email/inbox functionality could still be improved to help move people out of gmail. Although it is a useful tool and has many benefits like auto time logging, some people cannot leave the extra features of Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Forecast has really helped us as a design agency understand how much work our team has on our plates, what we have capacity for when planning future projects, and how we may need to adjust costs to cover what it really takes to complete a job.
