What do you like best about Accelevents?

Accelevents is an incredible all-in-one online event platform - landing pages, event pages, networking, and live and recorded sessions.

There are opportunities to customize just about every part of the experience to make it 100% your event.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

What do you like best about Accelevents?

Chat support is quick and expert-level. The homepage video greeting popup is really helpful. It's really easy to train new staff to do content updates. Pricing is very reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The BEST choice for event ticketing!"

Exceptional customer service. We've felt great support from everyone at Accelevents. Working our sales rep, the live chat agents, or email support. What do you dislike about Accelevents?

The JavaScript-based code can sometimes cause a challenge when multiple event managers are looking at working on the same element at time. What do you like best about Accelevents?

There's SO MUCH that goes into hosting a virtual event for 1,500+ people, and Accelevents' makes it easier with their clear and intuitive platform. Plus, they integrate with Zapier, which opens up so many possibilities! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

I organise and manage virtual events with +500 attendees in higher education sector. Our events include live sessions, virtual booths, networking lounges. I love using Accelevents as it is very intuitive, flexible and its design is very sleek. The platform can easily be personalised according to company's branding. The ost event analytics really helpful to improve our virtual engagement strategy.

Accelevents continuously develop its software to make the virtual events more enjoyable. For instance, some of the features I have been using in my events are workshop rooms and networking lounges. What do you like best about Accelevents?

The fact that you don't just host an event on Accelevents, you HOST an event! I like that you can not only broadcast keynote speakers on the main stage, but you can also register attendees and sell tickets on the platform, you can have breakout rooms, you can create informal lounge spaces, polls, and so much more! What do you dislike about Accelevents?

I may have just missed this somewhere, but I didn't like how there was no formal tutorial on how to set up the platform for our event. There are so many useful tools on the platform that I know we probably missed out on due to simply not being aware that it exists. So a brief tutorial would've been helpful. I also wish there was an easier way to give a "test run" of the event without having to go through the process of duplicating it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelevents?

While the platform was very easy to navigate, the live chat support and everyone we worked with from the Accelevents team were so helpful and quick with responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only challenge we faced was the HubSpot integration - we would have liked more information to come over to HS, such as the ticket type and any ticket add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The experience with Accelevents start to finish was amazing. From the demo process all the way through the end of our event, it was clear that each Accelevents team member (Alex, Ellie, Drew, and Jeannette) were so invested in how well our event went. It felt like we were the only customer they had and we know that isn't the case. We never felt like we were unsure of what to do or how to get help. And anytime we submitted a quick chat, we got the answer we need in less than 5 minutes. Accelevents as a virtual conference platform met our needs beyond our original expectations when we first signed our contract. We look forward to another successful event with them! What problems is Accelevents solving and how is that benefiting you?

The complete registration process within the platform and the easy navigation of the Hub helped us exceed last year's registrations by 84%! Our attendees were able to navigate the conference with little to no direction, which was a challenge in the past. What do you like best about Accelevents?

This is a powerful and versatile platform for hosting in-person and on-line events. It is very cost effective compared to other platforms. My favorite aspect of the platform is the engagement tools that combine gamification with great CRM applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
