I’ve been using Accelevents for 4–5 years now to host virtual conferences and symposiums, and it continues to impress me. The platform is extremely user-friendly, both for admins and for attendees and presenters. One of my favorite features is the ability to replicate past events—it makes setting up repeat conferences so much easier and more efficient. Their 24/7 chat support has also been a huge help over the years. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the support team has been quick, professional, and effective. Accelevents makes it easy for us to host a virtual symposium that brings together partners from across the U.S.—something that would be difficult and costly to coordinate in person. The virtual format ensures everyone can attend, no matter where they are located. It also supports flexibility for both presenters and attendees: if someone can't attend live, they can submit a pre-recorded session, and all sessions remain available for 30 days after the event, which allows attendees to catch up on anything they missed. What amazed me right away was the service I recieve. The true 24/7 support is key for someone who has a tendancy to inadvertantly miss a toggle. I feel like the support is endless, where with other products I have had a certain allotted amount of suport time. Coupled with the excellent help articles I feel like I can fix any issues. We have been able to use the tool for different types of events becuase of the flexability that this tool offers. I appreciate that we can have lots of users. We are able to have multiple departments using this tool and also allow for others to have access so that as the event planner I dont have to be the only one who has to do everything. I also have really felt heard by my support team. There have been times where we have submitted suggestions in how to make the end user experiance easier and I feel that we have been heard and if its something that can be adjusted they take that on and make the update. "Unbelievable Service" 5/5 What do you like best about Accelevents? I am now using Accelevents for my 2nd confernce and I like that they are constantly updating and improving. Accelevents really listens to ideas for improvements and implements those ideas. When I need to chat for help the chat is SO FAST - Like no wait time (even in the middle of the night 🤣) Overall I am really impressed with their product and will continue to use and recommend them to others. That you have to load multiple photo sizes for a vendor/exhibtor and that the system can not adjust the images on its own. However, they just added a new feature to import an exhibitor from a previous event - so for the repeat vendors the work is already done. This was actually a request that I had that was implemented. I applied a survey to all the sessions from our conference last year and I had to do manually 40+ sessions because there was no functionality to duplicate them.
