**Describe the project or task AccelerateRPA helped with:**

AccelerateRPA successfully built and implemented a bot for Starr Companies to run on our weekly Notice of Cancellation letters for non-payment of premium that get sent to our brokers.

**What do you like best about AccelerateRPA?**

The efficiency and speed the guys did the work and now the amount of time it is saving our junior members of the team in carrying out the exercise.

**What do you dislike about AccelerateRPA?**

Nothing that comes to mind at present, apart from a few initial bugs that were apparent when we first launched in the live environment.

**Recommendations to others considering AccelerateRPA:**

Give them a try!

**What problems is AccelerateRPA solving and how is that benefiting you?**
