AccelClose builds the recurring technical accounting schedules — leases, debt, prepaids, fixed assets, intangibles and more — from your executed contracts, then posts the journal entries directly into QuickBooks Online, Xero or Dynamics 365 Business Central, or exports them as ERP-formatted files for any other general ledger, including Sage Intacct and NetSuite. AI reads the agreement and proposes the terms; a person approves them; a deterministic rules-based engine computes every amortization, roll-forward and journal entry, so the same inputs always produce the same numbers and the math can be re-performed by anyone. Each posted entry carries a document ID tracing back to the agreement it came from, and duplicate posting is blocked. AccelClose runs alongside the ERP you already have — no migration, no new general ledger. Every plan includes unlimited users and free read-only access for your external auditor, with no per-seat or usage-based fees.
