AbyssOS Reviews & Product Details

AbyssOS is the all-in-one operating system for dive centers, dive schools, liveaboards and multi-boat operations. Built by a diver, it replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, paper waivers and disconnected tools most dive businesses run on with a single connected platform. Operations: Build and schedule courses, fun dives, trips and liveaboard departures with a smart session planner and staff roster. Assign instructors and divemasters by role and availability, manage boats and equipment, and track readiness from one dashboard. Bookings & customers: Take online and walk-in bookings, send digital waivers with e-signatures, and give customers a self-service portal to book, sign and pay. A diver portal lets your customers see their bookings, invoices and certifications. Finance back office: Invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, vendor bills and accounting are built in and connected to your bookings — so revenue, costs and cashflow stay in sync without re-keying. Field cash control keeps on-site money accountable. Staff commissions & payroll: AbyssOS includes one of the most capable commission engines in the dive industry. Pay staff per student, per session, per shift, per day at sea, or as a revenue share; pro-rate shared and multi-day courses automatically; calculate on full price, net of agency fees, or invoiced amount; apply per-staff overrides; and roll everything into payslips with deductions and a draft/approved/paid lifecycle. Staff track their earnings in real time through a My Earnings portal. Why dive centers choose AbyssOS: everything is connected. A booking flows into scheduling, the session drives the instructor's commission, the payment lands in your accounts, and the payslip generates from real work — no double entry, no month-end spreadsheet rebuild. AbyssOS suits single-location dive centers, dive resorts, liveaboard operators and growing multi-boat businesses that have outgrown generic booking tools.
