"Abyssale | Easy-to-Use Platform That Bridges Design and Code for Digital Ad Assets"
5/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

Abyssale is an easy-to-use, accessible platform that helped us bridge the gap between design and code when creating digital advertising assets.

The layout of its tools and overall workflow feel similar to Adobe and other comparable tools, which made it much quicker to learn since we were already familiar with industry software like Adobe Animate.

It also integrated smoothly into our existing workflow, because it lets us easily share the designs we’re building with creative directors and other team members to gather feedback.

The outputs it produced were consistently to spec and generally fit well within the tight file-size limitations set by advertising distributors.

On pricing, I think the plans are fair, especially considering the skill gap it helped us cover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

The only downside i've found whilst using this so far is understanding that when new elements are inserted, they appear on all the assets you've created thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Animate Directly From Photoshop With Abyssale—A Huge Time-Saver"
5/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

I like that I can animate pieces directly from Photoshop, which saves me a lot of time rendering and exporting artboard by artboard; I think that's Abyssale's biggest strength. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

Abyssale should improve some of its tools within the editor, as the opacities of some PSD or Figma files may not even be compatible with the tool. In very specific art styles, things like Multiply opacity, Soft Light, and Overlay are not available in Abyssale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful API Integrations and PDF Exports for Print Projects"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

I like how the app integrates with other systems via APIs; in particular, using n8n, you can transform dynamic data from various sources into custom designs. We use the software mainly for print projects rather than digital layouts, and the ability to export the project as a PDF is extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

At the moment, the app still has a few limitations; for example, it would be useful to be able to format text in columns rather than as a single paragraph. Furthermore, the shape options are limited to a few basic shapes (circle, square, etc.), whereas it would be useful to be able to use a custom SVG. However, overall, the software offers a wide range of features and is capable of producing a great variety of designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Social Media Ads Made Easy with Abyssale"
4/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

Abyssale has significantly streamlined our workflow. What used to be a multi-step process - sourcing copy, gathering visuals, aligning internally, designing a first version, and iterating based on feedback - now happens much faster thanks to their Spreadsheet Generation feature. We can easily input everything into a single sheet, quickly review the generated designs, and make minor tweaks where needed. As a result, our version one is ready in a fraction of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

Abyssale can feel a bit overwhelming at first because they offer a lot of tools, and you have to deep dive a bit into the platform to get the most of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Start, Feature-Rich, and Seamlessly Integrated"
4/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

It’s easy to get started, and it offers a strong range of features. It integrates smoothly with my current tools and workflows, and the interface feels familiar and intuitive. It also delivers fast, accurate results for a reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

I’d like to see higher levels of personalisation and flexibility in the tools, so that elements beyond text fields can be resized to support more adaptable designs, for example. Although this isn't a blocker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves Hours on Multilingual Asset Editing with Seamless Brand Consistency"
5/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

It has potential to save us hours of manually editing assets with different languages, whilst maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

It can take a while to get to know how the tool works, and to find everything you'll need in order to maximise use. However, once you are in the flow and understand where everything is, it is seamless. The team were so supportive and generous with their time, showing us how everything works. "Helpful API for Seamless Creative Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

The API is incredibly helpful for my workflow because it allows me to automate creative generation seamlessly. This saves me a lot of time and integrates well with my existing systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

The cost to access the API features is quite high, as it appears to be limited to the more premium plans. More affordable options with API access would be a great improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Abyssale: The Ultimate Solution for Effortless, Scalable Content Creation"
5/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

My goal is to reduce tool switching, which adds up to 3–4 hours a week for my clients. There are all these amazing new AI image generation tools...but they just DON'T solve the problem of tool switching the way Abyssale does. If your goal is to produce (1) content at scale (2) content that follows brand guidelines, fonts and colors (3) content WITHOUT tool switching, Abyssale is THE only good option. I can create my templates in Abyssale once, set up automations in Airtable to instantly generate my branded graphics, pulling in elements from Airtable like my thumbnail caption and headshot (which Abyssale will remove the background from), pinging the Abyssale graphics into Airtable, which I can then automatically send to Youtube without ever needing to download or upload anything. Less clicks, more content, larger output, better quality output... this tool has saved me hundreds of hours and has allowed me to produce the amount of content that would take a team of 3 to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

I'd love for Abyssale to have more native Airtable automation features. That said, I have worked around this by using Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Marketing with Integration Perks"
4/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

I really appreciate Abyssale for personalizing marketing assets at scale. It saves production time and ensures consistency across brand assets. I like its ease of use along with the API and automation integrations. It's convenient to connect with our marketing databases and CRM to instantly produce personalized sales collateral with the click of a button and then push these into a Google Drive folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

It took a bit of time to understand how to use the platform for our use case. There were some initial challenges with the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Impressively Robust Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Abyssale?

super easy to use, fast, and robust. so many options and ways to automate our workflow in generating thousands of assets at scale. we're looking to further automate using APIs and start doing things we haven't even considered before, thanks to seeing more possibilities now with abyssale. support has been incredible too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abyssale?

first time using it felt easy but it was a lot to take in at once. this is simply because the platform is quite robust. the first time i used it, i wanted to do one specific thing quickly but seeing many different options slowed me down a bit. not quite a bad thing, i was just in a rush. otherwise, it feels both easy to use, and robust.
