What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?

Beyond and foremost to the software, the leadership team at Abstrakt is one to be envied. The CEO had this software created from a heart to help salespeople win after years in sales himself. As a tenured sales professional, leadership and sales coach, it’s refreshing to see software for salespeople designed by someone with a rich sales background verses a purely technical team and have the reassurance of solid leadership at Abstrakt.

What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?

This has yet to be determined. There has been continued improvements with the software.

Recommendations to others considering Abstrakt Software:

I would recommend implementing this software within one division at a time or group within a division depending on the number of employees you envision using this for. It has been helpful in software implementation in my experience to get the buy in from the rest of the team once they see the success others are getting and then you also have some experienced players on the team with the new tool. What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

It can be frustrating to “train” your sales team to follow a process on a sales call to only watch them not adhere to the process resulting in disappointing results. What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?

Reporting within the platform still needs some work. Luckily, however, this doesn't impact the increased efficiency we see from our sales reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Abstrakt to improve how quickly we onboard new sales reps. We found that our reps are confident and more profitable sooner. Historically, it would take much more time and shadowing before a rep was confident acting independently. WIth Abstrakt, they're effectively on their own much sooner.
