**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

The most helpful thing for me is it reacts to a live conversation that will give you an immediate response. It adjusts to give you the wording that you might not have thought of yourself and you can leverage that throughout your conversations.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Some lagging and updates that haven't entirely caught up to speed yet, but I imagine that happens from time to time. Some kinks need to be worked out, but that takes time.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABSTRAKT is allowing me not to have to guess what I am going to say but helping me guide the conversation and be able to respond to people quicker. I have learned a lot about the way business lingo is translated.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

ABSTRAKT has been extremely helpful with our department tracking phone calls and transcribing them to text.  It makes my job much easier to have all of this information in one easy to get to place!   Very happy with our company deciding to immigrate to Abstrakt for this purpose.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Sometimes there are mistranslations with the software, more of a phonetics issue than a program issue I believe, but I would imagine this to be fixed with future updates.  A minor issue for an otherwise great product.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABSTRAKT helps us to solve the issue of transcription for outgoing and incoming calls, and helps to reduce the language and transcription issue we had with previous software.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

ABSTRAKT has been a great tool for Vartopia! It was the fastest and easiest implementation process, we were live in days.  Our SDRs and new hires have been utilizing the product for over a month now and it has seriously improved our outcomes! The ability to add frameworks and prompt responses based on what is said during a live conversation is incredible!! The days of forgetting to ask the right questions are over! The product is awesome, but what really takes it the extra mile is the team. They go above and beyond for their customers and are there for support every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

As the tech is still pretty new, the transcription could be improved but it is more than sufficient and the ABSTRAKT team is constantly making updates as they are super receptive and eager for feedback.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had difficulty training new hires as we have a very complex product. ABSTRAKT has personally helped me get a good grasp on my talking points and help make sure I am asking all the correct questions to properly qualify an opp. The way the tech listens to the conversation and can help prompt the correct response has saved my pitch on multiple occasions!!

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

Abstrakt fills the exact gaps that all sales reps face - not knowing what to say when faced with an objection. Without this functionality, we are left flailing.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

There isn't much of a negative to Abstrakt that we have seen so far. There have been some slight hiccups here and there, as to be expected, but Greg and the team have always gone above and beyond to ensure they meet every need.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to handle objections in real-time is the best coaching you can have. It doesn't get much faster than that! Being able to coach reps faster allows for better overall ramp time.

It is an easy-to-use software that is extremely simple to manage. It has a user-friendly interface that allows users to quickly learn the basics and start using it right away. The software also includes helpful features such as analytics

We spend some time trying to navigate through some of the issues: different people's accents, for example, but the support we received from Spencer was outstanding and all the issues were resolved.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

I really enjoy that ABSTRAKT allows me to feel confident in my calls. When I need support or stumble on my script, I can really rely on this tool to get me through it. It works in real time and is filtered toward each industry to make the calls more personable. It's really elevated my sales game!

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

The only issue I've faced with Abstrackt is some lag time. It takes a second to load, close out, and move to the next call. It can delay your calls throughout the day because of this issue.

ABSTACKT allows me to be smoother, on track with my script, and CLOSE the deal! It keeps me concise and allows me to target each question head on, that the prospect throws at me.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

ABSTRAKT is something I use on a daily basis. Having this listen to common objections and having pop-up notecards to help guide the conversation is amazing. The playbook feature helps me map out my conversations and get the most out of every phone call that I have. Also, the transcription and ability to listen to my conversations at any time is crucial for me. I find myself listening back to conversations and finding key points that I missed initially. Also, the ability to tailor the playbook to my specific needs is awesome. Great product and great customer service. I think every organization and business owner will find this to be a must-have!

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

I honestly do not have anything I dislike. The customer support, service, and determination to keep improving the product is something that is missing in today's world. The team at ABSTRAKT is continuously listening to my feedback and suggestions. The product is fantastic as it is and just keeps getting better. Keep up the great work!

Objections rebuttals- When speaking to a prospect who hits me with a question or objection that I'm unfamiliar with. I know that Abstrakt got my back there, telling me the best line to reply with.

Sudden freezes. Some times I have to slow down my process for the tool to handle the multitasking between apps.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

Abstrakt is an amazing tool for a recruiting firm! The ability to listen to common objections and then pop up notecards with tips is super beneficial as recruiting is such a complex, organic conversation.  I really enjoyed the ability to map out a conversation as well with the frameworks, as it is a helpful reminder to unexperienced recruiters to cover all their bases.  The customer support is incredible as well, and they are super responsive and always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Alot of my dislikes were changed in updates, and that is another amazing thing about Abrakt, that they constantly listen to feedback and finetune.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting is a complex business, and the conversations are so organic that we cannot follow a rigid structure like normal sales calls.  The notecards that listen to rebuttals are very helpful, as they give tips that are purely reactive off the objections in the moment that recruiters face.

We have been using Abstrakt for a few months, and it's been a game changer! I do like their customer service as well. They're very hands-on in onboarding and supporting us, and they make sure that we maximize the use of their product.

Nothing much. We had difficulties when they upgraded the product, but everything was resolved in a short period of time because of their swift responses.

I love that when I'm making cold calls, Abstrakt keeps me prepared to handle any objections. With Abstrakt, I like that I can pick different verticals to tailor my script to a specific industry.

Although Abstrakt is a fantastic tool, there are minor technical issues. Sometimes when I hang up after a call, Abstrakt doesn't detect that the call has ended.

Abstrakt is helping many sales reps to be prepared with cold calls and never choke their words when a prospect gives you an objection. As an SDR using Abstrakt, I feel even more confident in making cold calls with Abstrakt by my side.

Very cool concept. Good at helping new reps during onboarding and allowing them to handle objections that they otherwise wouldn't have the experience to handle.

There were some implementation issues at the beggining, but the Abstrakt team worked with us to ensure they were all sorted promptly. Other than that, no significant complaints.

Abstrakt took is absolutely wonderful for sales reps. We have our scripts, main touch points, and objection handling talk tracks available to us as we speak so that we don't miss a beat! The Abstrakt team has also worked relentlessly to make sure everything runs seamlessly and smoothly.

Sometimes the response populations can lag. However, the Abstrakt team has worked to mitigate or eliminate any delays.

When my mind goes blank or I'm not sure what to say, having the talk tracks on hand and easily displayed is extremely helpful to staying on track and gathering the information necessary to get a meeting booked!

Absktrakt is super helpful to solve objections posed by clients on the phone. It is so much easier than shuffling around papers to find the information. It also has a great set up capability for playbooks to help with objection handling.

We like the real-time accurate transcription along with the conversational intelligence piece that works with all platforms.

No real issues at this point.  Any issues we had, in the beginning, have already been corrected.  Some of them were user errors :)

A great tool so long as you use it correctly and have the correct framework

This tool helps my team to be much more efficient with taking notes while leading high-level conversations and meetings.  This also helps us to ensure we are compliant in all areas of recruiting while ensuring the team gets the most out of every call.   We have noticed an increase in qualifying calls and the ability to be more efficient with less administrative work.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

If you've ever forgotten to ask the right discovery questions, or forgotten to set next steps, or had to say "I'll get back to you on that" multiple times on a sales call (damaging your credibility) then I highly recommend Abstrakt to keep you on track with your calls. The real-time cue cards will pull up detailed battlecards, technical answers, additional questions to ask etc. and the frameworks will remind you of what questions to ask. Greg and Kraig have been incredibly helpful, even jumping on calls after business hours and proactively reaching out to address concerns.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Transcription could improve, but I know they're continuing to improve it along with the UI and other features.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Abstrakt solves the problem of not knowing what to say when prospects ask questions or bring up objections. The benefit is that you'll always come across as a knowledgeable expert and be a truly valuable resource to customers, while improving your own performance.

Greg & Craig could not have been more helpful during our onboarding. They respond to inquiries day & night. Truly putting the customer at the center of everything & they care about our success.

Would be nice to have a more direct integration w/ our dialer, Orum. If using a dialer without integration, the UI/UX can become a bit overwhelming.

Creating consistency around conversational structure. Was especially helpful in onboarding new reps to screen pop competitive intel & snippets during prospect conversations

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

I love the user interface, it is very easy to use and super intuitive for my new SDRs to start their calls off the right way.  It has saved several hot leads that, without it, would have went to my competition.  The team is very easy to work with and has been a major influence to my org with beneficial insights and ideas on how to make my team more effective.  My team couldn't operate or scale the way we are without it.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Wish there was a SFDC direct integration to automatically copy out notes, but they have mentioned that is coming; admittedly, that is a nice to have.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a fast way to quickly ramp remote SDRs.  This allowed us to scale up our prospecting efforts and bring in more qualified leads because the SDRs were able to duplicate the talk tracks that I use when I am responding to them.

We love the ability to give our reps real-time coaching. Our sales team was quick to adopt Abstrakt and is quickly becoming a staple of our enablement strategy for the future. In addition, their team is very supportive, understanding, and always willing to step in with guidance on how we can further our investment with our growing team.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Nothing to report on currently, we've really enjoyed the experience.

As our sales team quickly expands, we knew that there would be a need for us to assist with decreasing ramp-time for new hires. Our average new hire would take 6-12 months to properly onboard. Just within just the past few months of using Abstrakt, we have seen this dramatically increase the rate of our sales qualified opportunities by new sales reps. I wish this was available early in my career and would come highly recommend to anyone looking to provide real-time coaching for their team. We are also exploring how this can assist us with our Support calls too.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

Shave off months, if not more, of a learning curve when it comes to becoming knowledgeable about competitors, whatever product itself you are selling, and overcoming objections with ease.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

I have no complaints. If I do, I'll amend my review.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salespeople are able to immediately come in at a knowledge level comparable to a veteran employee. Whether sales, customer service, or any other position that requires any extent of "If this, than that", ABSTRAKT can streamline it.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

Beyond and foremost to the software, the leadership team at Abstrakt is one to be envied. The CEO had this software created from a heart to help salespeople win after years in sales himself. As a tenured sales professional, leadership and sales coach, it’s refreshing to see software for salespeople designed by someone with a rich sales background verses a purely technical team and have the reassurance of solid leadership at Abstrakt.
 
Abstrakt is leading the charge to save owners, VPs of sales and salespeople lost time and energy through smart technology. Keep up the great work!

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

This has yet to be determined. There has been continued improvements with the software. 
It is evident to me that Abstrakt is committed to see sales success for others through their timely service and continued improvements.

**Recommendations to others considering Abstrakt Software:**

I would recommend implementing this software within one division at a time or group within a division depending on the number of employees you envision using this for. It has been helpful in software implementation in my experience to get the buy in from the rest of the team once they see the success others are getting and then you also have some experienced players on the team with the new tool.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be frustrating to “train” your sales team to follow a process on a sales call to only watch them not adhere to the process resulting in disappointing results. Abstrakt keeps the process in front of them and offers them real-time conversation cues to advance the sale instead of losing a qualified lead!

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

Ramp-up time for new sales reps is months faster than usual. They're able to get on the phone confidentially sooner than previously expected.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Reporting within the platform still needs some work. Luckily, however, this doesn't impact the increased efficiency we see from our sales reps.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Abstrakt to improve how quickly we onboard new sales reps. We found that our reps are confident and more profitable sooner. Historically, it would take much more time and shadowing before a rep was confident acting independently. WIth Abstrakt, they're effectively on their own much sooner.

Real-Time In-Call Coaching and Analytics.  The ability to ramp our SDRs quickly and get them to a productive level has been impressive.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

We like the platform thus far but will need more time to test and learn.

**Recommendations to others considering Abstrakt Software:**

If you are seeking to get more productivity out of your SDR teams, or sales in general, Abstrakt is a must.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SDR ramp time and productivity gaps between top performers and second and third-tier has been a problem in the past.  Abstrakt is helping us close those gaps and shorten the ramp time.
