The best part about Abstrakt I like is his unique and innovative AI model, and his ability to generate highly creative. Also, Abstrakt can produce fast responses in a call center. Abstrakt can consolidate multiple systems and applications into a unified interface, making it easier for agents to access information and provide efficient customer support. As an agent, I can quickly access relevant data, resolve issues more effectively, and deliver a more personalized service.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

One part I dislike abstrakt in a call center is that it can lead to a lack of personal connection with customers. For example, we are encouraged to use abstract scripts and follow rigid protocols, they may come across as robotic or insincere, making it difficult to establish a genuine rapport with callers.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my opinion, a call center often faces the challenge of balancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Abstrakt job is to help with resources to minimize customer wait times while maximizing the utilization of call center agents. This requires the consideration of various factors, such as call volume fluctuations, agent skill sets, and customer service quality. This bring to improved Customer Satisfaction.

I've had the opportunity to use this software, and I must say it's impressively user-friendly. Some things that I didn't like about Abstrakt Software are that it sometimes freezes when doing a call and it doesn't close the app when I end the call. Also sometimes when a customer says a word it doesn't trigger and it does pop up a pushback question.

I've been using this application for a while now, and it has transformed the way I handle client calls. This step-by-step guide is good for anyone who frequently engages with clients on the phone. Has a seamless Script Generation, helps feel more confident during client calls, and generates scripts that are not only informative but also professional in tone. It streamlines the process and ensures I'm always well-prepared. I can jump into calls without having to spend hours going through notes and creating scripts from scratch. My only gripe with this app is that it replaces the notes I used to take during calls. It's an invaluable tool for streamlining your client interactions and ensuring you always put your best foot forward.

Someone that has a different accent, it doesn't really recognize the voice or what exactly you say, it changes words.

it could improve by allowing users to keep their own notes alongside the generated scripts, as it currently replaces personal notes.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

While there are many tools that transcribe / record / analyze meetings (e.g. Gong) and even some that tie back to AI & Chat GPT (e.g. Fireflies), I was looking for something that provides guidance in REAL TIME.   The unique thing about Abstrakt for me was that it not only guides the call (from a "playbook perspective"), but from a "push back perspective" - providing unique responses, follow-up questions, etc. that will drive the call.   This was the invaluable thing for us.

From a management perspective, the tool has allowed us to test different playbooks at a group or even a rep level and then make changes to scripts in real time.   Don't like a word that's being used by the reps?  Change it and it's what the reps will see next time they're on a call.

For us, it's integrated very tightly with Salesloft which was the other key win.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

I have overseas based SDRs, so there have been issues with accurate transcription - particularly since it's doing it in real time.    That has created some challenges as the system is supposed to "remove playbook talk tracks" as the rep says it.   it also doesn't do the transcription as well as Gong, etc.   

This is being resolved as they are expecting to have both "real time transcription" as well as " post call transcription".   I"m also looking forward to seeing more integration with Chat GPT so that we could provide real time advice on calls.  Are they saying what we want them to say?   Did the customer use a push back and the rep didn't follow-up with.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time guidance for calls - both for the core script as well as pushbacks from the customer.  It's also useful to help find out what pushbacks are coming from customers.  The analytics will continue to work better as the transcription improves.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

It was really easy to install and it became really handy when making calls. The way it lets you scroll through the dialogue points helps to keep the call flow. And its response to the pushbacks helps keeping the script at hand so I can integrate it in the conversation naturally. I always have it on display for all my calls with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

The delay on the pushback delivery made some awkward silence during the call, but as you gain confidence you can find your way around it. Sometimes the transcription is not 100% accurate, but you can always hear the call again to confirm what you said. voice recognition also makes it difficult for points on the script to dissappear.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps to integrate new people into making cold calls. Also, having different scripts at hand helps us find out which one works better for each person on the team and not stick to a single one. The way it displays the questions as bullet points helps to have each step of the script at hand. It has helped me a lot for when I call a prospect, having all the right questions at hand to get as much information as I can; and they clear out after I make them so I won't repeat myself. It also displays the possible pushbacks the other person may say so if I forget what to respond it is already on my screen.

In addition to having objection rebuttals populate on the screen for our reps, it software itself is fairly intuitive once set up, so once reps are accustomed to the layout it's a powerful tool for them. It's integrated with our current tools we utilize fairly seamlessly. Abstrakt's customer support has also been very responsive when we've needed help.

There have been times when reps have commented about the objections not populating in a timely manner and we've had to restart the program. Thankfully, it's becoming far fewer and between an issue.

Abstrakt has made following scripting and playbooks far easier for our team of reps. As they internalize the material and learn, Abstrakt is right there to assist in that. No more clicking frantically through multiple tabs.

Abstrakt creates a streamlined way to train, equip, and hold teams accountable to a repeatable process while also leaving plenty of room for creativity, which is essential in our sales roles.

Voice recognition can be unpredictable at times and shouldn't be relied on as the true transcript of any call. The feedback forms are helpful in providing a "truth" for calls, but the continual improvement of voice regonition and phrasing will hopefully continue to improve here.

Abstrakt helps simplify the idea of a script into bite-sized chunks that can be inserted into any conversation. The gamification of the interface provides visual feedback when you are doing your job, and for those who prefer checklists, creates some uniformity that can be repeatably followed.

Abstrakt is one of the best applications and software to ever exist in my life, as it helped me provide accurate information without pulling up many files for scripts anymore by showing directly all the accurate information that I needed. Therefore, I conclude that this is one of the best software for me.

I firmly believe that there's no need for me to dislike that app as it is irrelevant for me to not like it at all after all the help it had to offer me during the days that I needed it the most.

Abstrakt gives our representatives a script at their fingertips as well as ways to overcome the most common objections.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

It takes a lot of work for an admin to set up before implementation. However, once implemented, it is amazingly easy to make changes, even on the fly.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Abstrakt, our reps had to utilize a paper script and objection rebuttals. They were clicking back and forth between these documents on their computers. With Abstrakt, it is running right on the screen next to their CRM. It has made scripting easier for our reps.

I like being able to review previous calls and see my call score for each one. I appreciate their Customer Service/ Technical Support Department. Some competitors make it very difficult to get someone to assist with troubleshooting in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Sometimes Abstrakt will freeze after a couple call so I have to shut it down and reopen it. But, even then their Technical Support department is able to fix the issue in seconds, incredible service!

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to provide the best customer service to our callers by using our checklist/playbooks. This makes me feel not only more productive but, more confident in lroviding the best customer service possible.

As with any real-time AI software, there are some misses in linguistic pick up. However, the customer service (Spencer) is great about coaching and helping.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

Abstrakt is straightforward to use and makes it easy to onboard new reps. Abstrakt runs automatically and acts as a guide to control the call and make sure they hit every step in the call. In addition, the AI runs quickly and prompts recommended responses so our messaging can be the same, no matter which rep the customer is talking to. We can also A/B test messaging and better understand which closing lines have a higher win rate. The team at Abstrakt is excellent to work with and is great about helping with adoption and best practices.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

Abstrakt is very customizable. You can get as broad or granular with each rep as possible. You can have your reps say the script exactly or allow them to customize their individual script. We are still working through onboarding, but the team at Abstrakt is always willing to help and is really hands-on with the onboarding process!

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Abstrakt, we are quickly able to see which playbook points are reps are using and what is being missed on each call. We are really focused on asking for the business during each call and seeing where the gaps are in our conversations.

What I dislike about the Abstrakt software is that it is a bit sluggish, and you must input information. It would've been better if it generated an automatic answer, just like other AIs.

ABSTRAKT has been a beneficial tool for daily tasks; it makes our job easier. Instead of having a lot of recommended scripts open in different docs or google files, everything is organized and automated in one place to use. 
The product is fantastic, but beyond expectations is their hands-on support, especially Spencer; imagine jumping on a call to help you immediately with any questions or help I need. Excellent Tool and Support!!!

Nothing much. The only minimal thing is that since I only have a small screen, I can't minimize and adjust the size of the application display. Still, ABSTRAKT is continuously listening to my feedback. The product keeps getting better. It's a Game Changer in every industry.

Abstrakt Software works best in all of my calls, giving me the correct scripts and rebuttals. There are even times that ABSTRAKT save me from explaining to the customer.

ABSTRAKT can be delay. When I don't have a powerful software. It nearly won't load up. Delay when detecting a call. Sometimes, you need to launch it manually which is inconvenient.

Providing the correct scripts on what to say to the customer and rebuttals for the correct situation. The company that I'm working provides me a 16GB RAM due to ABSTRAKT!

Since abstarkt application is still developing and on testing there are some questions that are not answered by abstrakt and sometimes it encounter some errors. But still its a helpful application

Sometimes, I encounter an error with the App since it's developing. I encounter delays and lags and sometimes won't provide accurate rebuttals or scripts to follow.

The team at Abstrakt is great! They're great people, with great intentions to truly see you succeed! I felt they truly cared to ensure I not only was receiving value from the product but that I also was achieving my desired goals as an AE. It meant a lot to invest in a company that provided a very beneficial platform, with great people along the way that cared about my success.

**What do you dislike about Abstrakt Software?**

The amount of effort you put into the platform during the implementation process determines your time to value. The Abstrakt team assisted with speeding up the time to value for me with pre-built best practices and templates. They help you along the way at every stuff, which was very assuring.

**What problems is Abstrakt Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a newer rep during my ramp phase, I needed a way to receive real-time guidance on what to say when a prospect asks a specific question. For example, when a prospect asked a technical question, I really needed help to answer the question as if I had been there a way. Confidence in calls is something that can be seen in a no-verbal way. I knew the answers to the technical question, but I hadn't mastered the detailed correct response. Abstrakt was able to pick up on what was being said, and proactivity assist me with the desired response I wanted to use. This allowed me to feel confident waling into calls knowing that even as a newer rep, I can be prepared to answer any questions or guide any talk track.

I like that it has the ability to display rebuttals assocaited with competitors - we often times discuss the differences between what we do and what others do, and having Abstrakt there to display value props in real times helps to facilitate a more meaningful conversation.

The only downside is the size of the display. Sometimes it can be a bit hard to see the whole script, but with that being said, Abstrakt works quickly enough to display the next pieces of information so that you can read along quickly.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

The Abstrakt tool has been beneficial for all reps, especially new hires. The call scripts and objection handles we have utilized through the platform have allowed my team to see more success.

From a management point of view, I can better coach my reps and provide live feedback from their calls in 1:1's. Also, the daily stats that Abstrakt sends via email give me an excellent summary of the day's results (call time, connects, dials, etc.).

It has taken time to work out the kinks, such as working through scripts, objections, and computer issues, but the Abstrakt team has been there for us every step.

Abstrakt is helping us decrease the time it typically takes a new hire to get ramped up by providing live coaching and call feedback. Also, being a remote sales team, Abstrakt's call recordings and transcripts allow me to coach effectively and provide feedback to my team on their calls.

**What do you like best about Abstrakt Software?**

I like that Abstrakt is an excellent aid when talking to prospects who throw out a lot of objections. While I try to memorize everything about my competitors and objection handling, there are times that I blank and need help, so having Abstrakt there is excellent. But the biggest thing I have to say is that their support is amazing. I had some issues with my computer and Abstrakt and their support was there from moment one doing everything they could to make sure the platform worked seamlessly for me.

We've had some techy issues with the platform, but it's a problem on our CRM's side of things, and the Abstrakt support team has been so helpful in ensuring everything gets addressed quickly.

Objection handling and not having to memorize everything about our competitors necessarily. I still try to be as knowledgeable as possible, but having them as a safety net is nice.
