I like how easy Abrigo makes my job! At my institution, we conduct a lot of customer reviews, and this includes monitoring their activity. With Abrigo, it cuts down on time to gather this information, the amount of paperwork had, and just the overall process. Without BAM+, I would spend countless hours conducting these reviews when I need to be doing other tasks. The customer support I have received has been top notch. As a new user with less than 4 years of expereience, I have found BAM+ to be user friendly and easy to navigate. With Abrigo University and/or training there is lots of information available to help you feel confidence in this program.
