Bam+ was able to streamline and eliminate some of our manual processes.

Capabilities of wire transfers and monetary instruments feeding in eliminated our need for additional manual processes for retention and suspicious activity monitoring.

We have had other software vendors previously but Bam+ has proved to be more user friendly and efficient for our institution.

For a small institution, Abrigo really helps us to maximize the manpower we are able to put into AML/Sanctions screening. I find the program very easy to use and with a fairly robust feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sanctions screening in particualr could use some tweaking. For one, it is overinclusive (e.g. not every instance of the word Road should generate a hit to the sanctioned vessel of the same name). I would appreciate if they would allow for more tailoring of their sanctions screening to different institutions profiles. My institution does not really have cause to screen for vessels and I would appreciate the opportunity to just turn those hits off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to use and modify. The program setup was a breeze with the extremely comprehensive support from the BAM+ implementation team. After our institution used the platform for a while and became more comfortable, we've made some alterations to how we use it. These modifications were extremely easy to make. I wish the user roles were easier to set up and manage. There are preset roles, but if you elect to create your own, it is kind of a complicated and cumbersome process. The user guide provides some help on the roles. However, it doesn't clearly explain the permissions. I would prefer the permissions be laid out in a printable format.
