**What do you like best about Abound?**

Abound is very much a start up and understands the value of customer service and timeliness in responding. In dealing with Abound, they responded to our issues very quickly, communicated changes to their API's that would impact us and were great partners through out the process of building our tax solution using their software.

**What do you dislike about Abound?**

I wish Abound provided more support when it came to tax "advice". With the understanding that they are not tax advisers, in certain cases it would have really helped if they were able to answer certain questions more definitively. Not necessarily providing tax advice or recommendations.

**What problems is Abound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Abound allows us to file complex IRS tax forms using their API. This allows us offer a one stop shop for our customers who are using our product to issue payments to 1099 workers.
