Abodient is an AI-powered property management platform built for UK landlords who self-manage their portfolios. It brings compliance, finance, tax, paperwork and maintenance into one place — with an AI assistant that handles the day-to-day work, not just records it. Instead of being another database, Abodient's AI assistant reads your tenancy agreements, handles tenant messages, triages and coordinates maintenance, finds and books tradespeople, and tracks your compliance deadlines (gas safety, EICR, EPC and more) so nothing slips. It's the third option between doing everything yourself and paying a letting agent 10–20% of your rent: Agency-quality management, run by software, at a flat per-property fee. **What do you like best about Abodient?**

It's easy to use, quick to get my property set up and also easy to get help because you can speak to the bot to get help and advice

**What do you dislike about Abodient?**

Sometimes it takes a while to read documents I'm uploading like contracts etc

**What problems is Abodient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a property is complex now especially with new regulations, it helps me make sure I've got all the compliance documents right, and will also handle issues tenants raise on my behalf
