Ten Thousand Coffees is an effective for us at Santen in building connections between employees. I love that Ten Thousand Coffees offers so many opportunities. We used it to enhance our mentorship program at our company and strengthen the importance of networking, but the opportunities that TTC offers extend far beyond that. The questions and prompts provided for the mentorship program still read very forced and kind of what you would expect from a tailored mentorship program, which was a bit disappointing. In a remote environment, it's really beneficial to have a virtual platform that allows you to connect with others around the world.
