Abnormal Security's use of ML to automatically detect and remediate spam, phishing, and other malicious email threats significantly reduces my team's time responding to email-based threats. Before implementing Abnormal Security in our M365 environment, my team would spend several hours each morning manually responding to email threats. My only complaint is that Abnormal Security is a relatively newer organization, and at times their product sees updates well before their knowledge base writers can document these changes. Abnormal has completely automated our security posture with the addition of the abuse-mailbox feature addon combined with the core product. The entire lifecycle of a phish campaign/message is handled with Abnormal. I now spend little time managing phish threats because abnormal does it all!

I dislike that Abnormal Security cannot make my online experience safer within my personal email and my family's email accounts. Abnormal is the easiest product to set up in our entire company and one of the core items in our security fabric. Our security team has multiple areas to focus on, but Abnormal's security does not require maintenance or updating. This has also saved our company quantifiable $ and time on multiple occasions.
