Over the past year the amount and quality of the catches has deteriorated. In all fairness, we are a Google environment and that really doesn't seem to be their focus. Maybe MS Customers have seen better performance but for us, the items they miss are too easy to spot and even old standard software would have caught a lot of the ones they seem to be missing now. The 360 report works great for this process and removes all of the unwanted emails from all inboxes but lately having to submit more and more 360 tickets to get missed attacks remediated. I use the dashboard every day when I need to investigate. Their Search and Respond feature is one of my favorite go to hunting email tools. Their backend spam and phishing policies work extremely well and have saved our users several times over. Fantastic customer support, have had several very productive meeting with our client success manager. Reporting mailbox provides a simple setup for automated analysis. Great all around product.
