For example, when searching for something, the selected filters often don't persist between menus, which means I have to recreate the filter and search again. This precision means we don't waste any time managing email queues or dealing with false positives that require manual release, as we often did with traditional email security gateways like Mimecast. Managing email risk is now much easier, and the switch from Mimecast, which failed to reliably block malicious emails, was long overdue. The setup process for Abnormal AI was effortlessly easy, adding to the smooth transition. The effectiveness of Abnormal AI in protecting our emails and Microsoft Teams messages, along with its ability to detect unauthorized use of our accounts, is exceptional. I feel confident in our security posture management and greymail filtering with Abnormal AI's help, significantly reducing the risk associated with our M365 platform's configuration. It helps us tackle the never ending Phishing problem that comes with having email, I've used a lot of email security products and they usually caused more problems than they solved. With Abnormal, I can trust that our users are being protected from Phishing emails and my SOC isn't wasting valuable responding to them everyday. What used to be a daily task, we now might have to address 1-2 emails a month, a huge time saving. Also, the Account Takeover alerting has been amazing, it provides high fidelity alerts with all the information we need to make quick decisions and stop attackers fast. They also support our cloud security posture by identifying compromised or stolen credentials and automatically remediating threats based on predefined thresholds and response policies. They also look at our known senders and advise if a vendor is undergoing a BEC so we can scrutinize those incoming emails a bit more, so threat intel as well.
