We have a shared Slack workspace with Ably, meaning we get live support within our usual communication channels when needed. What do you dislike about Ably Realtime? We haven't kept our usage up to date with Ably's feature set so I feel that we're not getting the full benefit of using the platform. The biggest problem is handling client-side connections with reasonable fallbacks. My team decided to use Ably for our realtime communication moving away from AWS IOT. Since then we find that Ably has been very reliable and the number errors have been reduced drammatically and the performance has improved significantly as well.
